This is studio #6 in a 7-unit building which has been recently renovated and is located a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square. Taksim is the ideal place to stay as it is close to all major public transportation and offers plenty of cultural activities for every taste, from restaurants to nightlife to shopping.
Studio #6 has 1 king-sized bed (180cm x 200cm) that can also be turned into 2 single beds (90cm x 200cm) and a French-style balcony.
The studio has everything you could need for your stay, including:
- All furnishings,
- High quality clean towels and linens,
- Kitchen appliances and equipment,
- LCD TV with satellite,
- High speed wifi internet,
- Air conditioning and heating,
- Continuous hot water.
For your safety and security, we also offer laptop safes, CCTV security system, audio visual door entry system and smoke detectors.
A washer and dryer are available for use free of charge to our guests. We are a non-smoking building.
We are dedicated to providing clean, comfortable, fully equipped, centrally located, yet inexpensive studios. We highly value the privacy of our guests, but at the same time we are easily accessible to answer any questions.
Our prices are for the room, not per person. We do provide clean towels and do a basic cleaning of the room every 4 days for longer term stays.
Our office is located on the street level of the building with its own separate entrance. In our office we have a work station with an iMac computer that guests can use during office hours.
We also have a supply of used English-language books in our office for you to trade or borrow.
