Renovated and quiet apartment for 4 persons, ideal to visit Paris !

We spent 6 nights in Guillaume's apartment during our family trip to Paris. Well located 400 m away from the Pyrenees station, Metro 11, it takes only 5 minutes. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable with well equipped kitchen. Easy check in and out made us easy to plan our trip. Definitely I would stay again.

Les différents echanges telephoniques que nous avons eu nous ont permis de voir que Guillaume etait tres aimable et tres accueillant. Nous savons quel appartement reserver lors de notre prochain passage à Paris. Nous le remercions encore pour la confiance accordée.

The apartement is absolutely nice, modern and comfortable! We were 4 people and we had enough space for all of us. The position of the apartement is really good too, the bakery and the bar next door are very advisable, we had a lot of fun there! Down the street you had a great view over paris and the Eiffel Tower and the next metro station is just 5 minutes away. The collection of the key was easy and without any problems. We had great days in paris and a fantastic stay in the apartement of guillaume!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Whg sehr genossen die sehr sauber war. Die Whg. liegt in 5-10 min Laufentfernung zu 2 verschiedenen Metro-Haltestellen der Linie 11 im 3.Stock (Altbau ohne Lift). Da es etwas bergauf geht hat man direkt vor dem Haus einen super Ausblick auf ganz Paris inkl. Eiffelturm! Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem mit guter Matratze. Es gibt auch noch eine ausziehbare Couch im Wohnzimmer welche wir aber nicht ausgezogen genutzt haben da wir nur zu zweit waren. Zu viert könnte es etwas eng werden da die Toilette und Nasszelle sehr klein sind. Ginge aber auch für ein paar Tage. Abends sind immer ein paar Jugendliche vorm Hauseingang anzutreffen die aber nicht weiter stören. Die beiden Cafés/Bistros direkt bei der Whg sind sehr zu empfehlen (Studentenkneipen mit gutem Essen). Wir würden beim nächsten Besuch wieder dort wohnen da man auch im ursprünglichen Paris ohne Touristen wohnt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett & unkompliziert und antwortet sofort auf emails. Den Schlüssel holt man sich beim Bäcker oder Friseur um die Ecke. Eine detailierte Wegbeschreibung als pdf gibt's nach der Buchung vom Gastgeber Guillaume (Gui-Gui). In diesem Sinne: Bon voyage!

Excellent location, with 2 nice restaurants literally 10-20 meters away and a view of the Eiffel tower at the end of the street. The metro is a quick walk away as well. The apartment itself was great and was clean on arrival, there were 4 of us and the sofa bed was large and comfortable - for 2 couples (which we were) it was perfect.

-mooie inrichting, goede ligging -problemen met afwatering van de douche -geen plaats in de kasten om kleding weg te leggen, zaten propvol. Ook de keukenkasten zaten vol. Als je dan voor een week geboekt hebt met 4 personen is dit niet praktisch -niet echt proper toen we toekwamen -brandveiligheid???geen brandladder, geen rookdetectors (3 de verdiep)

Nice apartment in lively neighborhood but at warm nights with open windows too lively: a lot of noise till 4 a.m. from our neighbors at the other side of the courtyard (at only 4 meters distance)

It is a nice, warm and well equipped, modern apartment. The four of us really enjoyed our stay in. From the corner of the street (100 mtrs.: Parc de Belleville), you have a wonderful view over Paris. The people at the cafe on the corner are very nice. Metro Pyrenees is a 10mts walk.

siamo stati benissimo, l'appartamento carino , comodo e bene attrezzato. Molto buona l'ubicazione rispetto alla metropolitana. Insomma, siamo stati veramente molto comodi. Ci tornerei volentieri la prossima volta.
