Lovely Apartment in Pasir Panjang

Nice place to stay. Although it is far from the town but there are so easy to get public transport. Fully recommended.

The apartment was nice and clean. The location is very convenient since it's beside a 7-11 store and a bus stop and just a 5- min walk to the Haw Par Villa mrt.

I would not say this place is 5 mins from hell through my family's experience. David's accomodation is somewhat clean and comfortable and basically as per the photographs. Pictures however don't tell the whole story so I think people considering this accomodation for their stay in Sg should note the following that my family and I experienced. Positives: Rooms and furntiture are comfortable with good beds. Household supplies like tissues, slippers, kitchen and bathroom essentials were provided. Haw Par Villa mrt within walking distance. Bus stop right in front of apartment. 7-Eleven next door. Pool available. Negatives: Bathtub not draining properly, not pleasant when having shower. The third bathroom outside the kitchen is not clean. Washing machine did not work for half the week so clothes had to be handwashed. There is a washing machine collection outside the kitchen. But don't be fooled for none of them work For the one time it did work, the machine didn't drain properly. Called David a few times and he answered the phone however no action was taken. There is no dryer. Batteries for Television and Air Conditioning remotes need to be replaced. The doors were not so easy to open and close. We saw a cockroach on the first night. Overall we would rate this apartment 55%, a little better than average.

Disgusting place. Do not waste your money on this place. If it was 90% cheaper you would still be getting ripped off, unless you like living in mould and tab-ends. Outrageous that this can be even advertised as "accommodation" 15 Mins from Sentosa - 5 seconds from Hell

We chose this apartment for a 5-days trip to Singapore with my family and 3 children, and we were very satisfied. Very reasonable price compared to similar sized apartments closer to the city center. A taxi is only about 10-15 SGD to the city center and is not taking very long (approx 20 min). The apartment was equipped with anything you may need, including free WiFi. I definitely don't agree with David below who claims the apartment is a total disaster. If you look for five-star-hotel standard, you should choose something in another price category. We used the kitchen for breakfast, the washing machine, the pool, the TV, the wifi, the bathtub, and of course the beds. Everyting was functional, reasonably clean and tidy. The patio doors were tricky to close, but they worked. Both the owner and the security staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt welcome and safe.

We have stayed in this apartment twice, once at the end of November and then again at the beginning of Jan. We had no problems with the air con in the main bedroom and the kitchen was clean. The air con in one bedroom wasn't working but the owner contacted us regarding this and was out of his control. The owner did everything possible to be helpful. We enjoyed our time at the apartment and the pool is awesome and usually you have it to yourself particularly during the day.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This apartment is a total disaster. It was filthy when we arrived, there were large damp patches in the main bedroom , the patio doors to the balcony were broken (and had been for some time) and would not lock at all. The air conditioning in one bedroom did not work at all and in the main bedroom leaked water so that in the morning there was a large pool of water on the floor. You would not want to cook in the kitchen at all given how dirty it was. After just one night of a 5 night stay we moved out as we could not take staying any longer. The owner offered a refund and now that they have our money from Wimdu are refusing to reply to emails let alone refund the rent. Total disaster of a stay - it ended up costing us 5 times as much as we had to find a hotel at short notice over New Year. DO NOT STAY HERE

great location though not in CBD it is easy to use public transport to the city, vivo and sentosa. The apartment is a good size and layout with a few repairs needing doing. There was only one towel per person which with a pool is not enough. Host was very vague about where the key was to be left and he speaks no english so replies to emails are sometimes a bit strange

Es war ein toller Urlaub in Singapur. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte beim Wachdienst der Wohnanlage. Einzig die Beschreibung, wo genau das Appartement liegt, hätte besser sein können. Kaffeemaschine (mit Kaffee) Toaster, alles wichtige war vorhanden. Der Pool vor der Haustür war zum Relaxen super geeignet.WLAN Passwort musste zwar telefonisch erfragt werden, hat aber alles funktioniert. Fazit: empfehlenswert.

Our family enjoyed their stay at the apartment. The apartment was well appointed for a family and very comfortable. The security guard was most helpful at advising on anything from operating the airconditioning to arranging a taxi. Even though it was located some way out of central Singapore, the bus service was excellent. Will do this again.
