Studio in a Courtyard in Central Paris

Thank you for the lodging! I spent here 3,5 months and the studio fits well one person. Good location, compact studio and vibrant area. There are several "laveries" nearby. The landlord is helpful and understanding. Good English as well! Some things to improve, such as heating (cold in the floor and hot in the roof area) and humidity (circulation of air not efficient enough). Fixing the excess humidity problem would not only improve coziness, but also make the few bugs disappear. I guess they are already working on it...

we really enjoyed our stay in francois apartment, it was perfect for the 3 days, cute and clean :) francois was really helpful when we got there.

We loved the place!!! It is very quiet and in a nice area of Paris. In the studio you find everything you need (even if we were too stupid to use the electric stove ;)) and it just feels like a hospitable place to stay in. Sure, it is small, but really efficiently furnished. Thanks!!!

locale piccolo ma pulito e ben attrezzato, tutto nuovo e moderno a una decina di minuti a piedi da metropolitana. abbiamo apprezzato la sua posizione che permette facilmente raggiungere tutte punte di interesse in breve tempo. padroni sono molto gentili e ospitevoli hanno fornito generi di prima necessità. un posto ideale pe un soggiorno a Parigi.

Je garde un bon souvenir de mon court passage dans ce petit studio bien aménagé. Le quartier est très vivant, tout en étant très calme quand on est dans le studio parce que dans une cour intérieure.

Very clean, located in a cool area of Paris. But you might be a bit shocked when you first arrive: it's actually a converted storage shed, on the ground floor of a courtyard. It's fine if that's all your budget can manage, but if you can stretch to a bit more, you might find somewhere more homey! However the foam mattress is quite comfortable, and the hosts had kindly left coffee, tea and some basic supplies in the fridge. Also, the shower is very good!

Kleines, aber feines Appartment mit allem, was für man für ein paar Tage in Paris braucht. Es liegt perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Streifzüge durch die Stadt und Bäckereien, Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe mit ihm hat ohne Komplikationen geklappt. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder übernachten!

L'appartamento, molto carino e funzionale, è veramente vicino alla fermata della metro ( Voltaire), da cui si raggiungono facilmente tutti i punti di interesse. Zona tranquilla ma piena di ristoranti e di attività di vario genere. The apartment, very confortable and functionally, is near the metro ( Voltaire) , where you can reach every point of interest in Paris. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and you can find a lot of restaurant and mini-market.

Apartamento pequeño, pero muy muy acogedor. En el patio interior de un conjunto de edificios (trastero reformado). Perfecto para dos, aunque no hay mucha intimidad devido al espacio reducido. Bien situado en el mapa, barrio con ambiente. Muy recomendable. ATENCIÓN! en abril de 2012 AÚN NO HABÍA INTERNET.

kleines süßes appartment, das alles bietet was man für ein langes wochenende in paris braucht. die lage ist perfekt, um alle wichtigen sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. supermärkte, bäckereien, nette cafes und restaurants gibt es gleich um die ecke. die schlüsselübergabe und kommunikation mit dem gastgeber hat reibungslos funktioniert. wir hatten eine gute zeit in paris und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
