There will be a HK$ 1000 security deposit upon arrival. Will be returned when check out.

Early check-in (from 8:30 am to 11:00 am), only possible if no guest is staying there the night before): HK$100 extra charge due in cash upon check-in

Late check-in charge: HK$ 150 (9 pm – 12 midnight), HK$ 500 after 12 midnight

This is a Strictly NON SMOKING Flat. No smoking in the apartment, or else a fee of HK$5,000 will be charged

We provide a clean room upon your arrival. If you need extra cleaning service it will be HK$ 350 each time.

Free Cleaning will be offered every 10 days for bookings more than two weeks

The room is located in Sham Shui Po. This place is a kind of traditional Hong Kong area. In the same building, a laundry shop is located, and they provide a reasonable price of laundry service. There are a variety of food options. A branch of "添好運", a dim sum restaurant starred by Michelin Guide is near here. The room is tiny and does not have a outside window, but this is Hong Kong. Well-maintained and contemporary remodeled.

Alles war wunderbar! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Kontakt mit der ist immer problemlos. Die Wohnung ist klein, gemuetlich und sauber. 5-7 Min. von der U-Bahn zu Fuss. Kleine Geschaefte, Obstmarkt, Flohmarkt, zahlreiche kleine Caffes - in der Naehe.

At first the outside of the building seems sketchy but I am very suprised when I got into the unit. The room was very clean and very modern, would recommend anyone who travel to HK to stay here.

Cheapest 3BR Apt in Town! 5

Apartment was well appointed and was more or less on par with the description of the place. The only slight quip was that the water did not stay hot for longer than 15 minutes. Other than that, the administration and place was easy to find and operate.
