Appartement bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville mais pas très bien entretenu, la propreté laisse à désirer notamment dans la salle de bain.(poils au sol, tâches, pommeau de douche rouillé ... ) Pourrait être à recommander s'il était mieux entretenu et plus propre.

The condition of the apartment was great. It had a TV with a USB entrence and also DVD/CD player which worked very well. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen worked very well. Fourth floor might sound promising, but there were a lot of stairs up to the apartment with just low bannister, and the apartment had windows into an unfinished elevator shaft. This is not an apartment for those who are scared of heights nor for the ones who do not like climbing stairs! The apartment is very close to a lot of things to see in Barcelona. Beach was closer to 20 minutes by foot though, not 10. But it was worth it. It was also very close to a great store, great market and a great tapas bar. There was no place to hang wet swimming suits etc, in the apartment, but there was a terrace a few stairs up to hang them. The person who gives the keys is very kind, but knows very, very little English. When contacting Angela, ask for correct adress, since this is not the one. Not about the apartment, but about Spain in August: very hot, even in the nights. So beware, when renting an apartment.

Lage ist perfekt, allerdings liegt das Appartment im 5. Stock, ohne Lift, mit sehr enger Wendeltreppe. Genau im Appartment daneben (3 Meter entfernt) befindet sich eine Baustelle, die bereits um 7:45 lautstark beginnt. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht schließen, also hat man auch den gesamten Baustaub in der Wohnung. Von ausschlafen kann sowieso keine Rede sein. Ach ja, und ein Schlafzimmer hat überhaupt kein Fenster, sondern ist ein Raum im anderen Raum. Soll heissen: Es kühlt absolut nie ab. Ich würde es trotz der super Lage nicht weiterempfehlen.

De ligging is prima, leuke buurt, overal dichtbij (markt, bezienswaardigheden, winkels),strand half uurtje lopen of metro. De 85 trappen omhoog zijn zwaar, zeker met grote koffers ! Je moet niet dik zijn, dan kom je de douchecabine niet in.... Minpuntje: tot 2 keer toe was het water op... Verder prima appartement in een geweldige stad !

Angela est très joignable et répond très vite aux questions, par contre elle n'est pas sur place, c'est une autre personne qui vient donner les clés. ( et elle parle Français!) Pour l'appartement, il ne faut pas avoir peur des 85 marches dans un immeuble typique barcelonais. Au 5ième étage, l'appartement présente un petit salon, et ensuite par un couloir on arrive à la cuisine et salle de bain. La douche est très petite, il ne faut pas être trop gros pour passer entre les portes. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses et les lits confortables. Le linge de maison est fourni. Très bien situé, vous êtes à 10 minutes à pied de la place catalunya et proche de tous en général.

bon séjour à barcelone, appartement sympa situé effectivement en plein centre du quartier goti, accés un peu sportif au studio 5éme étage un peu raide....pas forcément à conseiller à des personnes agéés.
