Description
The Miller Tree Inn has been designated the “Cullen House” in Forks. Though it looks nothing like the movie version, our inn closely matches Stephenie Meyer‘s description of the Cullen family home. The Cullens travel from Washington frequently, so chances of seeing them are slim. However, the innkeepers speak “Twilight” and are under strict orders to take special care of their overnight guests. A complete Forks “Twilight” experience must include some imagination and a stay at the Cullen House.
Bella’s Suite is a two room suite on the ground floor of the inn. It has its own easy access outside entrance, wide doors and a walk-in shower, requiring a 7 inch step up. The main bedroom has a king bed, gas fireplace, TV with DVD player, small refrigerator and microwave. The sitting room provides extra sound proofing between the bedroom and our inn kitchen. It also has a corner sofa that can be made into a 55″ wide full sized bed with 80″ long mattress. Both rooms have hardwood floors and natural wood wainscoting.
The Miller Tree Inn was built in about 1916 and though we have tried to maintain the sense of charm and history, the guest rooms all have private bathrooms with modern plumbing and plenty of electrical outlets and wifi to keep your personal electronics going. Before heading up to your room, we invite you to relax in our common areas where you will find a selection of DVDs, games, puzzles, books, hot beverages, cookies and snacks. We have eight rooms from which to choose, including cozy rooms with queen beds just right for one or two people as well as two room suites with whirlpool tubs and gas fireplaces that are perfect for a romantic escape, girl friends get-away or for a family of up to four people traveling together. All rooms are equipped with refrigerators stocked with a selection of sodas and juice, satellite televisions and DVD players. Please check out the individual room descriptions to find the room that is right for you.
Come stay with us at The Miller Tree Inn, where you will be welcomed by our innkeepers Bill, Susan, or Cheryl and Tunny the cat. Tunny is a laid back cat that enjoys being admired by our guests. Though we do not allow him in the guest rooms, he is able to wander around the common areas and sometimes tries to blend in by becoming a round, furry, white pillow.
