House rules

Please for not smoking inside the loft.
The terrace is a shared space, so we kindly ask you to not be noisy and to be respectfull: you can use pliable table and chair to have your meals in open air but, when you finished, everything has to be bring back in the apartment.
At the moment of the check-in, the "overnight accomodation tax in Rome" has to been paid (2 euros a person for the first 10 days). Extract from the city of Rome's official site:
"The fee, which is intended to provide funds for the city’s organisation of services, is aimed at ensuring that the standard of the tourists’ stay is both highly efficient and of the best quality.
The fee came into effect on 1st January 2011 and is asked of anyone staying in any overnight accommodation inside Rome’s boundaries, with the sole of exception of hostels, at the end of each stay.
Please note that the fee is also asked of anyone who has booked or paid for the trip through a travel agency or tour operator and therefore pays by presenting a voucher at the reception desk.
Children under the age of ten years are exempt from payment.
Exemptions from payment of accommodation tax:
1. Residents of Rome.
2. Children up to the age of ten.
3. Guests staying in youth hostels.
4. The sick and persons caring for hospitalized patients (one carer per patient).
5. Parents accompanying sick children under the age of eighteen.
6. Coach drivers and tourist guides assisting groups organised by travel and tourist agencies (one driver and one tourist guide per 25 tourists).
7. On duty members of the police force and armed forces.
8. Accommodation of any type located in the enclave outside of the city of “Roma Capitale” called: Polline and Martignano territorial fraction.

We spent 4 beautiful nights in Rome, in the very nice and proper appartment of Fabio and Simona. The appartment is in a quiet area at walking distance of the center of Rome. Very nice stay we can recommend to everybody.

Wir haben unser Quartier wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Wegbeschreibung dorthin - vom Flughafen an - war absolut passgenau und gut zu verstehen. Auch der Hinweis auf ein sehr nahe gelegenes Lokal (Pebe Verde) war sehr hilfreich. Dort haben wir jeden Abend zu wirklich annehmbaren Preisen gegessen. Da alles gut vorbereitet und organisiert und die Wohnung in gutem Zustand war, gab es für weiteren Kontakt zu unseren Vermietern keinen Grund. Obwohl die Unterkunft sehr nahe am Zentrum liegt, hat man trotzdem das Gefühl, ein wenig in den nicht-touristischen Alltag der römischen Bevölkerung einzutauchen. Das haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden. Da wir kaum Italienisch können war Fabios gutes Englisch für die Kommunikation sehr hilfreich. Mille grazie Simona e Fabio. Arreviderci

Hemos estado como en casa, la situación es ideal para una estancia tranquila y agradable con el transporte público al centro a 3 minutos y si vas caminando es un paseo de 20 min a termini. Pero lo mejor son sus propietarios Simona y Fabio que con su hospitalidad hacen l te encuentres como uno más, viviendo la ciudad eterna de una manera formidable.

Es war sehr nett, ein Stück am Rande Roms (wussten wir), mit dem Bus kommt man aber recht gut ins Zentrum. Praktischer Hinweis: Es gab für die Unterkunft zunächst nur einen Schlüssel, bei Bedarf sollte man nachfragen, ob es auch einen zweiten gibt. Fabio und Simona waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

L'appartamento è situato in una zona molto bella e tranquilla di Roma ma comunque non così lontana dal centro. La sua ubicazione è inoltre comoda per raggiungere la vicina metropolitana e per avere i negozi di prima necessità. I proprietari sono molto gentili, cordiali e disponibilissimi anche solo per chiarimenti. Le condizioni generali sono davvero molto buone. Il mobilio è nuovo e pulito. Consigliato!

We had a lovely stay in Fabio&Simonas loft, it was really beautiful and romantic, looking over Rome's rooftops. All worked out well. It was possible to land late as well and the hosts were really friendly and equiped us with information, for example where we can find supermarkets or restaurants, sights in the area. The area where the loft is situated, is really beautiful as well. It takes about half an hour to walk into the touristic city center and I enjoyed the walk every day. We'll surely be back soon. Thanks very much to Simona&Fabio!

We enjoyed staying in your flat, which worked super for the two of us. We cooked after shopping in the local marked and ate at the terrace outside the door and everything worked fine. It was easy to get to the center of Rome from the flat.

Lägenheten var perfekt för två personer. Mysig och hade allt vi behövde för vår vistelse.Altanen utanför var underbar och ett extra plus.Dessutom var vår värdinna mycket hjälpsam och trevlig och gjorde verkligen allt för att det skulle fungera. Charlotte och Emilio
