Typical Lisbon Apartment

The apartment is small but had everything we needed and is well laid out. It was easy to catch buses to other parts of the city. There is a good fado restaurant just down the hill. João is a very helpful host. He checked in with us frequently to see how things were going.

Gostamos muito deste apartamento. Supriu nossas necessidades e recomendamos, pois está localizado em um bairro calmo e seguro e próximo ao transporte público.

El departamento tiene una gran ubicación, cerca de Belem, con una vista fantástica. Además cuenta con todos los servicios. Yo disfruté mucho de mi estancia en Lisboa.

Josa and his wife were very nice and helpful when we arrived at the apartment. You can see that the rooms are decorated with love and good taste. The kitchen is well equipped so cooking is no problem there. Everything (TV, stove, ...) worked fine except the shower. The warm water only came in drops which made it quite difficult to have a shower. The rooms were clean with an exception of the insides of the cupboards which were quite dirty. But I'm sure Josa and his wife are going to fix these problems. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to live in a lovely part of Lisbon in a cute pink house. :)

A pleasant stay, in a really charming flat. The view is amazing and Joao was perfect : nice, available and comprehensive. Sure we hear planes and trains from the appartement but it didn't bother us. It was really appreciable to have web connection inside, even if it wasn't working all the time. We highly recommend Joao as an host and his 2 lovely Lisbon flats, really well located, near transportations and in a quiet neighborhood.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, sonnig, modern und konfortabel eingerichtet unter dem Dach von einem reizenden alten Haus. Auf der kleinen Terrasse hört man leider den Fluglärm und den Verkehr der Autobahnbrücke. Im Haus ist es still und es hat eine sympathische Atmosphäre. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

What a lovely place to stay. This flat has got everything you need. It is comfortable and has the most wonderfull and interesting view over the river Tejo. We have realy enjoyed it in the dagtime and especially by Night . There is always something going ón. It is very easy to take the tramp nr. 15 to the center. The host Joâo and his wife are very nice People indeed, very helpfull and you can be sure, that you will be taken Care of. We can only rekomment this place. Kirsten and Søren from Denmark

Vermieter ausgesprochen freundlich. WLAN und Laptop in der Wohnung. Nachtteile: Einflugsschneise für Flugzeuge und Fahrgeräusche von der naheliegenden Stahlbrücke über den Tejo. Wer viel in Lisboa viel tagsüber unterwegs ist, schläft ab der 2. Nacht trotzdem gut...

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour... L'appartement était très très agréable et bien placé pour se rendre rapidement dans les lieux de visites que nous avions prévus de voir. Un petit soucis de bruit à cause des avions et du train mais cela n'aurait pas forcement été mieux ailleurs.
