Our desire is that you feel like home; that's why we offer a place that is COMFORTABLE, spacious, and 100% SUITABLE for your stay on the island.
We can host up to 3 guests, at ground floor level of our apartment, while me, Marina and Zen live upstairs, at first floor.
The accomodation consists of a LARGE ROOM (containing one double-size bed, one single-size bed, tables and chairs), plus one KICHENETTE area (supplied with fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, waterboiler, plates, cutlery and glasses) and, of course, the BATHROOM (with shower) that it is NEW and CLEAN.
Very important to know, our guests come and go from an independent door, for their EXCLUSIVE USE.
Our apartment is part of an historic prestigious palace, which is located in the very middle of the city: both the classical sceneries (Rialto's area, Piazza S.Marco's, Ca'Doro) and the most distinctive ones (Jewish Ghetto, Arsenale's area, Murano and Laguna's islands) are VERY EASY TO REACH. Also it is about a twenty minute direct walk from the train station and waterbus stops to any destination are only 1 minute away.
Neighborhood amenities are excellent with two supermarkets, many stores as well as cafès and restaurants: you can feel the relaxing atmosphere all around you enjoying happy hours of "spritz" (the classic Drink of Venice) and wine and tasting tempting seafood dishes.
We are assisting and invisible hosts, at the same time. Assisting, for tips, information, suggestions. Invisible, for your 100% privacy.
