Just two blocks to medical clinic, pharmacy and restaurants in South Cambie Village; and four blocks to bank, shopping, restaurants, antique stores, boutiques and evening entertainment on trendy Main street.
The Canada Line subway station is two blocks and leaves every 3 minutes for downtown waterfront (8 min ride), the airport (16 min ride) and stops in between! A bus stops directly in front of our house and leaves every 15 minutes for the University of BC (26 minute ride), the Brentwood Mall (29 min ride) and stops in between!
In nice weather, the backyard nicely extends the livable area. The garden area has Adirondack chairs to relax in, and a patio table & chairs under a pergola covered in grape vines. The sounds you'll hear will be Wrens, Chickadees, Woodpeckers, and Blue Jays. Our wireless internet works there too.
It's an easy walk to Queen Elizabeth Park & Gardens, the Olympic Curling Rink, Riley Park Community Centre & Pool and the Nat Bailey Baseball Stadium.
