Check In and Check Out
Check-in time is 3:00PM, and check out is 12:00PM. Special requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability. If your request can be accommodated, we can provide a courtesy extension of one hour. However, for every additional hour, or fraction thereof, you will be charged a fee of $15 per hour.
All of our units have individual and personal key codes for the front doors, which will be given upon receipt of confirmation. Per request, we can also supply keys for back door entrance. Should any of the keys get lost, a $25 fee will be applied to your bill.
Our phones and faxes are programmed for local calls only. We will pay for the first three dollars ($2) of phone and fax. Should you go beyond two dollars ($2) worth of usage, you will be responsible for the entire amount incurred. Should you need to make calls or complete a fax long distance or outside the US, you will need to use a calling card.
We adhere to a strict no smoking policy as a courtesy to all present and future guests. A $250 cleaning fee will apply in the event anyone smokes in a suite during his or her stay. However, most suites offer private balconies for our smoking patrons. In addition, excessive noise levels that disturb neighbors plus any illegal activities on the premises will be cause for termination of your tenancy.
No Party Policy
For the consideration of our other guests, We have a strict NO PARTY POLICY. Guests who do not comply with our noise/No Party Policy and disrupt the peace and quiet of our other guests will be required to vacate the premises without refund. In addition to eviction, additional cleaning charges may apply as well as compensation to guests whose stays are disturbed. Guests planning an event of any size must contact management prior to the date of arrival.
There is a limited amount of parking. When making your reservation, please indicate whether you will need parking, so we can make appropriate accommodations.
Deductions may be taken for, but are not restricted to, additionally required maid service, any damage caused to the suite during your stay, and anything missing from the suite (i.e. robes, linens, towels, etc.) All deducted costs will be itemized and charged to the same card as was used for payment of the suite. An invoice will be e-mailed to you.
