Renting for short period (min 2 nights - max 1 month) lovely and quiet apartment overlooking the Martesana park, 500 mt. From the Central Station and within short distance from Bicocca University and the New Business Centre of Porta Nuova. (All these destinations bus to and from Piazza Duomo)

Place: Parquet floor - large living area with 3 seater sofa (double sofa-bed), armchair, desk and large library - Separate bedroom - large wardrobe and shoe rack - kitchen - complete bathroom with shower and bidet - terrace. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
EQUIPMENT: sheets, duvets and comforters, towels, hair dryer, electric water heater, kitchen with oven, large cooler with freezer, toaster, dishes, cutlery, glasses and cups, washing machine, clothes line, iron and ironing phone, digital terrestrial television, DVD player, hi-fi stereo with CD player and radio, printer-scanner-copier, small safe.
Building and area: Quiet neighbourhood, lift and concierge, large garden. Quiet area, beautiful gardens( Martesana). Possible long walks.
Terms and rates: Period Minimum 3 days, 1 month maximum period. Days 3 to 14 60 € per day, from 15 to 30 Days 50 € per day. The price includes the use of all equipment, including phone (Phone Fixed a National and European). Excluded from the price and the final cleaning, mandatory (50 €, payable in cash at check-in). A deposit of 150 € is requested (for stays ranging from 3 to 15 days) or 300 € (for rentals from 16 to Day 30) What must be paid in cash at check-in fully refunded (if no damage) departure.
