The apartment has 94 m², the room about 15 m². In the room is one big bed (1.40x2.00m). So good for couples and girl friends, or relatives. from my experience, heterosexual men seem to prefer two beds, but may be not all.... But you should know.
I live here with my dog and you use my kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is located in the famous district of Kreuzberg. While Berlin was divided, this neighborhood was a border area of West Berlin, where the rents were low enough to attract artists, dropouts and immigrants. For this reason, Kreuzberg has been known ever since for its multicultural flair and alternative subculture. After the Fall of the Wall Kreuzberg is now situated in the center of the reunited city.
In my street you find everything you need from Supermarket to pharmacy, hair dresser, coffee shops, bars and restaurants of each kind. The park nearby is a meeting place for people who live here, tourists and many others. There are even clubs and in a little distance you can walk on the riverside of the Spree. There are many parks and you are just 10 minutes from the Eastern and 20 min. from the western centre of the town. The atmosphere here is cool and chilled.
You can use two bycicles.
