House rules

We ask that you store all your personal belongings in your room. Please do not leave clothes in bathroom or shoes in the hallway.
Please clean kitchen immediately after use. Dishes and pots should not be left dirty. Leftovers can stored in the food storage containers in the refrigerator and heated in the microwave later. This point is absolutely necessary so that all the tenants find the kitchen clean and in perfect condition at all times!

In consideration of the sleeping times, one should not use the showers in the night hours (22:00-06:00 clock).

Cancellation Policy: Flexible

You will be refunded the total price minus the Wimdu cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 2 days before check-in (by 12 noon, local time). For cancellations that are made less than 2 days before check-in, you will be refunded 5% of the total price minus the cancellation fee.
