On the first floor, there are two audaciously spacious living rooms that are ideal for you to relax after a long day of sightseeing in this great City. This typical London flat is equipped with all modern amenities such as a widescreen TV and a comfortable sofa.
The dining area is adjacent to the living room and its dining table, which can sit up to 4 people, is perfect for a family or convivial dinner. The flat also benefits from access to a private balcony and you can enjoy the London night sky at your own pleasure.
The open plan kitchen is very modern and clean and contains all modern amenities such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils you will need for your stay.
On the mezzanine, there are two bedrooms, brightly lit and comfortable with storage spaces to store away your belongings. The modernly fit bathroom houses feel-good bathtub area and storage.
We want to provide you with a hotelesque feel, but at the comfort of staying together as a family, or as a cohort. As such, we provide you with linens and complimentary toiletries, all on the house.

We are very satisfied with our stay in London and the spacious flat. We are a family of five and it was perfect for us, with two toilets and a lot of space to relax in. The flat is centrally placed in a good neighbourhood. Maxime has been very helpful to us and is very flexible to find solutions for us. For instance we got an extra set of keys upon demand very quickly. The sound from traffic can be a little disturbing when sleeping in the double bed (windows not so good isolated). We can really recommend this flat and FG Property Management.
Good stay overall: hospitality, comfort and location of the apartment along an artery to a sparse vehicular traffic: near a hospital. Bright apartment, well equipped and pleasant to live. Transport and busy shopping nearby. Details: the bedroom windows side avenue should be insulated from noise and can be obscured by curtains or shutters. The washing machine should be working or excluded from the appliances listed. Available instruction manuals constitute a desirable practical detail (integrated coffee machine, tv, washing machine / tumble dryer. The duplex rooms are on the lower mezzanine level.
Bon séjour globalement : accueil, confort et situation de l'appartement le long d'une artère au trafic automobile un peu dense : proximité d'un hopital.
Appartement clair, bien équipé et agréable a vivre. Transports en commun et quartier commercant a proximité.
Détails : les fenetres chambre coté avenue, devraient être plus isolantes du bruit et pouvoir être occultée par des rideaux ou volets. La machine a laver devrait être en état de marche ou bien exclue de l'électroménager listé. Des modes d'emploi disponibles constitueraient un détail pratique souhaitable (percolateur intégré, tv, lave linge /seche linge. Les chambres duplex sont en mezzanine ouverte sur le niveau inférieur.
Certes Christie a été très aimable au téléphone, toutefois nous avons rencontré trop de difficultés dans ce logement :
- retard de près de 1 heure lors de l'arrivée (équipe de ménage toujours sur place) ;
- chauffage très insuffisant alors que les températures étaient hivernales ;
- chauffages d'appoint fournis tous en panne (radiateur électrique et cheminée électrique) ;
- pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine ;
- micro ondes immonde n'ayant fait l'objet d'aucun nettoyage ;
- évacuation de la douche bouchée ne permettant pas son usage ;
- absence de possibilité d'occulter les ouvertures pour une des chambres ;
- retard de l'employée pour l'état des lieux de départ.
En conclusion un logement qui fut très certainement de grande qualité, mais vieillissant et présentant un grand défaut d'entretien.
Une très grosse déception pour l'ensemble de la famille malgré le coût élevé de l'hébergement.

The apartment has a great location, very near by both West Kensington and Barons Court (tubestations). I would say that the apartment itself is nice, in a quiet neighbourhood. BUT: very worn out furnitures and partly very very dirty and disgusting, this was the most disappointing part of it. According to the staff at City Relay the cleaners were newly hired, but if so, I would expect the staff to pay extra attention in the beginning. Well, we're "learning by education" and next time in London we will find another apartment from a different company, that's for sure.

The location of this apartment was great, just in front of the Louvre and quiet!
The apartment itself was clean, the beds ok, but the bathroom has no window and the air circulation was poor in this room. So you can imagine the smell... Plus we couldn't use the sink, because the pipe was blocked somehow... The kitchen was equipped well, though we didnt cook... The fridge good, though the freezer box without a door. We stayed with two kids aged 11 and 13, all in all mediocre (agent himself didnt show up, no information about surroundings in the app., didnt know where to bring the rubbish.... But you have to say, the location was superb, so please fix some things in the bathroom!
The flat is in a good location, in a quiet street but still central. Unfortunately, this is obviously not a private flat but one that is only rented out by a company. Although everything existed as in the description, the flat has only had a minimal clean for many months and has been neglected ( mouldy washing machine, broken and dusty blinds, only one of four lightbulbs in the bathroom working to name but a few problems). A shame, with a little attention it woud be a great place to stay.

The property was not as advertised. Very below standard, both bedrooms had mold/mildew and water damage. Lights coming out of the bathroom ceiling due to water leakage. Lights in bathroom and kitchen did not work. Bathroom dark. Linens old and worn, 1 thin towel per person. Cleaning not up to standard. Wimdu did not solve these issues to my satisfaction.
Very good service and information. Nice appartment not far from underground.
