Brand new studio apartment in the city centre

We had a really good time at Sevilla! The location is perfect, close to all the important sights, the apartment is nice and clean, very calm street, the owners are very nice and gave us some helpful advice for getting to know the city. Thank you very much!

The apartment is on the second floor with a rather steep stair but the entrance is very clean and has a security door. Nice bright clean comfortable living area with reasonably well equiped kitchen area. Bedroom haas a good amount of storage space and is also nice and bright. Small bathroom with a rather awkward access to the shower which lacks a holder for the shower head. Plenty of hot water. The roof terrace is a great asset for sitting or eating outside and drying washing. The location is ideal being in a quiet part with low-rise buildings and easy walking distance of the river and the old town. We had a great welcome from Jose Ignacio and Maria who also gave us useful tips for visiting Sevilla.

Het appartament zit werkelijk op een uitstekende locatie. Dichtbij de leuke restaurantjes en barretjes in Trianna en op loopafstand van het grote gedeelte van de binnenstad. Hier verblijf je in rustig straatje binnen maar toch in de binnenstad. Top!

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung. Lage sehr gut,in Sevillas barrio Triana, nur wenige min. zu fuß vom Bahnhof.

Small, but nice, clean and comfortable appartment in the middle of Sevilla. Little bit noisy from the streets, but great location!

We have really enjoyed our stay in Sevilla. This apartment is situated right in the center of the historical part of Sevilla. It is very convenient to visit the city by foot. There are also a fresh food market and a 7/7 grocery store right around the corner. The apartment has recently been renovated so everything is nice and clean. It is suitable for a couple (eventually with a child). During our stay, the building was quiet. Since it is in a small (tiny) street, there is not much noise from the surrounding area. José and Marie are also very kind. We do recommend this place. Note however that there is no elevator in this building. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor. It may not be convenient for those have some difficulties with the stairs.
