Double bedroom recently painted with private bathroom and independent entrance just one block from Ipanema beach, Posto 8. At the entrance you have the option to use the elevator or the stairs, the apartment is on the first floor.
The room has a sofa bed new and very comfortable with cushions that open becomes a double bed. During the day can be used as a room environment. It has a small table and a chair for computer use. It has wireless internet and new LCD TV 32'' with DVD player. It also has three spacious closet doors, and the middle is the shelf where the TV and some books are placed, the two side doors, drawers, are available to put belongings of the user. It has a new ceiling fan.
The bathroom is next to the door of the apartment, but has privacy and it's for guest private use. It's small but comfortable and well ventilated and of course, has toilet, electric shower, towel rack and mirror.
I provide linens and sheets, duvet and two pillows with pillow cases.
The building, art deco style of the 20's, is in Rainha Elizabeth da Bélgica Avenue, one block from Ipanema, Vieira Souto.
There is one parking space for one car available and we offer breakfast in an airy and light room, with coffee, milk, juice, french bread, cake, water and two kinds of fruit.
