Belvedere Apartement 2

No puedo comentar este apartamento porque al final ocurrió algo imprevisto y nos alojamos en otro del mismo dueño. Pero sí puedo decir que Udo es una persona muy seria y servicial, que nos recogió en la estación y nos dio un paseo turístico por Viena antes de llevarnos al apartamento. Conoce muy bien la ciudad y sus sugerencias fueron muy útiles. El apartamento donde estuvimos estaba limpio, impecable y con todo lo necesario, así que supongo que todos los que tiene estarán igual. Una buena experiencia. Sin duda cuando volvamos a Viena volveremos a alojarnos con Udo.

Clean and close to the center, it's a nice place to stay

freundlicher vermieter, freundlich empfangen worden (trotz großer verspätung unsererseits), alles sauber und sehr schön! wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder buchen :)

gastgeber sehr nett und freundlich, schöne kleinwohnung, man hat alles was man benötigt, waren sehr zufrieden :)

the apt. was clean, and only one stop away from the train station, so very convenient. however, the host was not there when i arrived (his friend checked me in), although he sms me along the way to make sure i was checked in ok. because he was not there, i didn't have the benefit of getting some insights about the city as mentioned in other reivews. also, some light blubs were not working here and there, which would have made the room brighter had they been fixed (especially the one in the foyer).

Very nice flat, all furnished and very clean. We really liked it.

Alles bestens. Einzig zu wenig TV Programme aus meiner Sicht.

Nice location and very nice and welcoming host. Apartment was okay even if lacking a few things (iron, hairdryer...).

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Daneben gab's vom Gastgeber noch gute Tipps und Anregungen für Beisls und Kneipen. Gerne wieder !

Appartement sympa, bien situé, avec à 200m un SPAR et le tram qui nous amène au centre en quelques minutes.
