City Apartment by Beach, Barcelona

Vi synes lejligheden var møgbeskidt, og var mere ren da vi forlod den. det havde været en super dejlig lejlighed, men den er meget slidt og ikke vedligeholdt. mange ting fungerede ikke såsom mørklægningsgardinet i det ene værelse ( der ligger stikkontakten bare i en af skufferne i køkkenet ) På billederne ser alt super flot ud, men det er det langtfra. Synd de ikke bruger lidt tid på ordenlig rengøring. lidt maling og reperere de ting som er gået istykker. Beliggenheden er super god, og der er stille og roligt. Den ligger tæt på offenlige transportmidler og handle muligheder. Er alt for dyr til den standard du får .

We had a nice stay in the apartment. It was not Julie who met us when we arrived, but a nice young man. The apartment is really good for the price, but you should be aware that it is located on the 1 st floor next to a major road, so there is some noise from the road. When we have to leave it rained, so it was not easy to get a taxi on the street. But the nice young man whom we met upon arrival, also was there when we have to leave. And after he had helped us carry all our luggage down, he spent 25 minutes to find at taxi for us, great service. All in all a positive experience.

Mooie nette appartement. Prima locatie. Metro halte Poblenou op ca 10 min. loopafstand. Tramhalte vlakbij. Met de metro ben je binnen 10 min. in het centrum. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtige keuken. Mooie tv, met dvd speler. Nette badkamer. de medewerkers waren vriendelijk. Het contact via Wimdu verliep goed. Geen klachten.

Hola soy Begoña; He utilizado este apartamento de la calle llul nº 394B,valoracion muy pero que muy baja,por no decir pesimo.No tiene nada que ver con las fotos que anuncian. -Puertas rotas de armarios. -Calefaccion no funciona.-Hemos pasado muchisimp frio- -No hay ni papel higienico para un primer uso.Hasta comprar. .Fregada en la pila sin recoger. -Bañera embozada y no funciona el agua caliente. Quien viajamos con familia y tenemos que utilizar estos servicios.Tienen que tener una valoracion alta o no ponerlo para alquilar. El trato de la sr julia fue vergonzoso.Sabia por un dia anterior la hora de llegada,nos tubo en la calle con el frio 45 minutos.Avisada por telefono cuando llegamos a barcelona,no me cojio el movil 3 llamadas y nada.Tube que llamar con el movil de mi marido.Ella no aparecop en ningun momento y encima tienen la osadia de cobrarme 30 euros porque lllegamos tarde.Cuando sabia que llegabamis a las 22:00 al apartamento y nos tuvieron en la calle con el frio ,despues de 5 horas de bus con dos niñas,nunca nos ha pasado.

The owner is totally irresponsible. We arrived in the evening – there wasn’t electricity in the apartment. A man who gave us the key promised discount for this reason – 50 euro. Didn’t keep the promise. He left us in the apartment without any light, we had at night look for a shop with matches. For all our stay wasn’t contact with this man or with owner although we phoned many times and sent many sms, because we wanted to know if the electricity is working. In departure day we made an appointment for return an apartment at 9 a.m. Ten minutes after 9 we phoned to man who gave us the key, to make sure that he remember about our appointment, he answered will be during 5 minutes. Next there wasn’t contact with him, he arrived delayed 2 hours – at 11 a.m. The apartment wasn’t clean precisely, part of sheets there were stain, one bed was sunken.

Not to be recommandes at all, I was very disappointed. The Apartment was not very clean, I even found hair in my bedsheets, the matrasses are worn out, and most of the furniture is damaged (e.g.) one double bed has no legs anymore. And don't believe the fotos, there is no second TV in the bedroom and the nespresso machine in the kitchen has vanished. The blinds should not be touched, they might come down. The dryer is broken. The place hasn't been taken care of for a long time. And another thing, they are very unorganized. I told the key drop to come around at 11.00 the day I leave, I even called the same day again to remind him, his phone was turned off. Then I called Julia and he came at 11.20!! And the place has no Internet or wifi, which is printed in the description, but that should be standard in our times. I can really by no means recommend this place to anyone.

Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön. Könnte aber ein bisschen sauberer sein. Die Lage ist TOP! Direkt um die Ecke ist die Metrostation "Girona" mit der man schnell an den Strand kommt. Zu La Rambla sind es 10 Gehminuten... Die Wohnung ist im fünften Stock. Balkon gibt es dort keinen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Barcelone. L'appartement de Julia est très agréable et proche de la place de la Catalogne. Le + est le parking sécurisé pour la voiture. Un conseil, allez-y si vous devez séjourner à Barcelone.

Bilan très mitigé, l'appartement sentait mauvais, le ménage est fait pour sauver les apparences : la microfibre pour enlever les traces, des cheveux dans les baignoires, l'accueil en russe... bizarre. Julia est très absente, et les 2 personnes que nous avons rencontrées (russes) ne se sentent pas du tout concernées par l'appartement. Le parking était à 3 ou 4 km, dans un sous-sol, sans accès pour nous, donc pas d'accès à la voiture. Cependant il est bien placé, spacieux, 3 chambres de 2 personnes, 2 sdb, machine à laver, mais 4 fourchettes et 5 couteaux dans les placards...

Les inconvénients: nous avons été accueilli par une personne qui ne se sentait pas du tout concernée et c'était la même personne quand nous sommes partis , il n'était pas plus concerné car son premier souci a été d'utiliser les toilettes. Nous n'avons pas trouver un appartement très propre au sol et des petits détails qui sont désagréable comme une ampoule grillée, 2 prises qui ne fonctionnent pas, le four qui ne fonctionne pas, une odeur de poisson dans le frigo. Les avantages: appartement très lumineux , très spacieux, en face une épicerie, à 100 m une entrée de métro, à 200 mètres un supermarché. 2 restaurants à 50 m très correct. Dans l'ensemble c'est un bon emplacement dans un appartement qui manque d'entretien et qui n'a pas une vue superbe.
