House Near Colosseum in Rome

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und somit ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um Rom zu erkunden. Metrostationen sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Negativ war nur, dass die Toilettenspülung nicht funktioniert hat und die Wohnung eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit aufweist.

Posto centralissimo, zona Fori Imperiali. Appartamento molto umido, PER fumatori, una sola finestra per arieggiare...molto rumoroso. La nota più negativa e di pessimo gusto sono state lenzuola e biancheria SPORCHE!

Die Vermittlung hat super funktioniert. Luis hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, auch die Verspätung des Fliegers war Gott sei Dank kein Problem für ihn! Fantastisch sind die zentrale Lage und die liebevolle Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung des Apartments! Falls wir wieder nach Rom kommen, würden wir gern wieder dort wohnen, auch wenn ich ein Fenster mit Aussicht vermisst habe.

My family of 5 stayed in the apartment for 6 days. 2 adults and 3 children. The host Luis Miguel was a really good host who offered a superb service. Our youngest child of 2 years was offered a cot, a high chair, a bathtub with more at no extra cost. the apartment is super centrally located in the very beautiful Monti neighborhood and you enter directly into all the sights from your doorstep, such as Colosseum and the Roman Forum. The apartment is equipped with what you need and is very clean and neat. The only negative I have to say is that the apartment, at least on the time of year we were there (october), was slightly damp. We will definitely recommend both host and apartment with that one minus in mind.

Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos en Roma, el apartamento esté muy céntrico, al lado del Colisseo y de la Plaza de Venecia, con muchos sitios cerca para comer y tomar una cerveza tranquila. Nos hemos sentido como en casa.

La casa è molto centrale, con tutti i collegamenti a portata di mano e con il colosseo a due passi. Pulita, ben attrezzata, la consiglio vivamente.

ottima posizione per visitare Roma a piedi; accoglienza gentile, casa confortevole e molto piacevole, siamo stati in 2 coppie di amici e ci siam trovati veramente bene!Anche il quartiere è molto bello, ricco di botteghe e ristoranti...già ne ho nostalgia ;)

Both Luis and Nadia are most welcoming hosts who made us feel like friends coming back home right away when they met us in front of the house upon our late arrival. The very clean apartment itself is cosily and generously equipped both with adorable decorative elements I would not give into everybody else's hands (see published pictures) and more thoughtful things from sugar, salt, olive oil and spices to water bottles, also a Nespresso machine with a generous supply of coffee capsules. The apartment is thoughtfully designed with two separate galleries sleeping one person above the entrance, kitchen and dining room, and two persons in a double bed above the living room and bath room, all with new mattresses! Free WLAN/WiFi was working perfectly all over the place, the presence of an iPod docking radio, a large TV flat screen, video player, DVDs and even a small library were much appreciated. Bakery and micro grocery store just across the street. The entrance of Metro Cavour (trains heading for Termini) is just a 3 minute walk down the street. Next time in Rome we would positively want to stay here again!
