Hello,
I am renting out my whole apartment for one to three people.The apartment is newly renovated and located very central in the popular area Södermalm.Just cross the bridge 10 minutes to go, and then you are in Stockholm Center!
About the apartment:
There is one bedroom with a double bed. It is also an extra bed in the living room and one child can sleep on the sofa.(I have also a new bed for baby :) There is a big living room, bathroom with shower and a kitchen, which has everything you need if you want to cook.
A light breakfast included: Coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, fruit and cereal.
In the apartment you will also have access to:
- High speed wireless internet
- washer / dryer
- dishwasher
- TV and DVD
About the area:
The area is very calm and clean and in the residential area there is no traffic, which also makes it very quiet here. The bus stop is 2 minutes from the house and the subway station, Gullmarsplan, is only 1 minute away. To/from the central station it only takes 5 minutes by subway. Also to get to the beautiful "Old town". If you have a car, there is free parking after 17 PM outside the house. The area has a lot of nice restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The grocery store is just next to the house. It is also 2minutes very close to the water and nature.
The only requirement I have for you as guests, is that you are tidy and respectful to my home. If you have small children, please consult with me first before you book the apartment. And also make sure you have a complete profile.
