Nice studio in a great area

Très bonne expérience le weekend dernier au sein de l'appartement de Richard. Calme, proximité avec le métro et les commerces avoisinants, propre et avec tout ce qu'il faut en son sein, je recommande ce choix très vivement! Merci à Richard pour son accueil chaleureux ainsi que sa flexibilité et sa disponibilité.

Perfect flat with a perfect Richard. There is all in what you need. It´s a nice two room flat, with kitchen and bathroom. The flat is clean, fresh bed linen, coffee, sugar, a guitar in the corner. All what you need for a good start in paris. Richard have good tips for the flat and paris and is very helpful. I hope we see us again! Thx

Acabamos de regresar de nuestra estancia en Paris, y todo son buenos recurdos. El apartamento impecable, muy limpio, y sin faltarle un detalle, con todo lo necesario para una feliz estancia: mcroondas, cafetera, cafe, azucar, todo para nuestro primer desayuno en PARIS. en el cuarto de baño, desde crema corporal hasta papel higiénico y las toallas oliendo estupendamente. Además está maravillosamente situado, muy cerca de las paradas de autobus y de metro. A dos pasos del Moulin Rouge. Por otra parte Richard, nuestro anfitrión, estuvo pendiente en todo momento de lo que pudieramos necesitar es muy amable y simpatico- No tenemos la menor duda de que cuando volvamos a Paris, lo haremos con Richard a este apartamento, el cual hemos recomendado a nuestros amigos y familiares. L´apartement est spacieux, confortable, et trés joli; en plus il est bien situé. L´anfitrion a été trés gentil. Ça a été une agréable experience.

Wat a perfect little Parys appartment! Close to Metro, bus and shops. Studio was very clean and towels\linnen smelt nice and fresh like they have been washed that morning. Richard is very friendly and takes his time to explain everything. I will definately book this studio next time I come to Paris!!!

Appartement très calme , bonne situation proche des commerces et de la station de Métro, Richard et son épouse sont très gentille , bonne accueil , le seule petit problème à été la literie elle doit être remplacé courant décembre .
