The one-storey villa with a size of 120 m2 counts with three bedrooms and is ideal families or groups of friends. There are 3 bedrooms. The first one is fitted with a bunk bed (for up to three people), the second one comes with a double bed and the third one also has another double bed and an en suite bathroom. In this room there is a sofa where someone else could sleep if you wish so. Then, the capacity of the house would be normally for 6 people and maximum for 8 people. Apart from the en suite bathroom, which is equipped with a shower cabin, there are other two bathrooms. There are 3 fans for the bedrooms.
Sit down in the spacious living area and spend your time reading a good book, watching television or just take a nap. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the kitchen. The dining area is located in the independent kitchen and it has a table and seats for 10 people. The kitchen is well equipped.
The exteriors are beautiful: step outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the terrace. The terrace is furnished with two tables and seats for 10 people. Next to the private pool, 8 x 4 meters, there is an area with sun loungers for you to get tanned. There are 6.000 m2 of land with lots of almond trees, orange trees, etc.
If you are very active you will for sure enjoy the tennis court and basketball court that you will find right behind the house. There is also a table tennis to spend summer afternoons playing with family and friends.
There is one direct neighbor and a few others which are situated in the surroundings, but house and its installations are completely private. Pets under 5 kg are welcome. You will be able to park up to 3 cars outside the house in an uncovered space.
The house is only 3.5 km from the closest village, Campanet, and 6 km far from Sa Pobla, where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings.
In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipality of Alcúdia.
We recommend visiting this house during spring, autumn and winter as well, as it has fireplace and central heating. You will be able to enjoy the hike trails around the mountains and the beautiful villa of Campanet. From this lovely villa you can discover and admire the awesome landscapes of Serra de Tramuntana, which was recently declared UNESCO World Heritage Site. This will be a different way to enjoy the beauty of the island!

This oceanfront is truly a paradise We especially enjoyed the absolute peace and the many little touches at cost (mineral water, fruit, candle, ...) The kitchen has more than well and we looked forward to every trip to the terrace with the great view. Two small improvements we have: If you were to give mosquito plug prophylactically in the 2 bedrooms, the first nights were undisturbed. If the 2 single beds were not so rickety and somewhat broad, even adults might well sleep in it.
Since everything else was so fine and perfect, we still awarded a ezellent.
Dieses Haus direkt am Meer ist wirklich ein Paradies Besonders genossen wir die absolute Ruhe und die vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten zum Einstand (Mineralwasser, Obst, Kerze,...) Die küche ist mehr als gut ausgestattet und wir freuten uns nach jedem Ausflug auf die Terasse mit dem tollen Blick. Zwei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge haben wir: Würde man in die 2 Schlafzimmer prophylaktisch Mückenstecker geben, wären auch die ersten Nächte ungestört. Wenn die 2 Einzelbetten nicht so klapprig und etwas breiten wären, könnten auch Erwachsene gut drin schlafen.
Da sonst alles so fein und perfekt war, vergeben wir trotzdem ein ezellent.
Our short stay in Can Picafort we enjoyed very much.
We were greeted very friendly.
The apartment corresponds exactly to the description on the internet. Everything is very tastefully decorated, well maintained and clean. The equipment is top there is a lack in the kitchen nothing is all there and much more. A great location, with a fantastic view of the ocean from every room. On the roof terrace, we have enjoyed our breakfast and evening watching the stars.
Unseren Kurzurlaub in Can Picafort haben wir sehr genossen.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.
Die Wohnung entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung im Internet. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist top es fehlt in der Küche an nichts alles ist vorhanden und noch viel mehr. Eine top Lage, mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf das Meer aus allen Zimmern. Auf der Dachterrasse haben wir unser Frühstück genossen und abends die Sterne beobachtet.

We were also incidentally wohnte- received as announced by the Besitzerin- downstairs on time and taken to the apartment.
The apartment was clean and functional.
The sandy beach is about 15 minutes ..... shopping abundant re ... Etorki supermarket about 10 minutes .... super bus ...
The view from the balcony in the morning with a coffee cup pure wonderful vacation ..... .....
A small limitation is the steady air traffic ..... and related ANEs ..... it have to get used first .... I learned to appreciate my earplugs .... because I am very sensitive to noise ...
This object but I can with a clear conscience and a great vacation is guaranteed ..

Im Vorfeld fand ein guter Austausch über E-Mail statt.....die Flugankunftszeiten und Nachfrage auf zusätzliche Heizkörper. Ebenfalls wurde uns eine genaue Straßenkarte geschickt....
Wir wurden auch wie angekündigt von der Besitzerin- die übrigens im Erdgeschoss wohnte- pünktlich empfangen und in der Wohnung eingewiesen.
Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Zum Sandstrand sind es ca. 15 Gehminuten.....Einkaufsmöglichkeiten reichlich umzu...Supermarkt Etorki ca 10 Gehminuten....super Busverbindung...
Der Ausblick vom Balkon am Morgen bei einem Kaffee Becher wunderbar.....Urlaub pur.....
Eine kleine Einschränkung ist der stetige Flugverkehr .....und damit verbundene Fluggeräusche.....daran muss man sich erstmal gewöhnen....ich habe meine Ohrenstöpsel zu schätzen gelernt....da ich sehr Geräuschempfindlich bin...
Diese Objekt kann ich aber mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und ein schöner Urlaub ist garantiert..
Die Insel ist einfach phantastisch...
Sa Xalada house is cozy and nicely restored in the old town of Ciutadella. It's fantastic alleys of Ciutadella, admire the houses ... and enter one of them.

We were five persons and stayed for one week.
This apartment is located in a calm environment. Additional big points were that you can park your car nearby, the grocery is just around the corner (2 minutes to walk), the app. is clean and a big kitchen with all the needed utensils is provided.If you'd like to rent a bike there is also a big bike rental shop nearby.
In the end, we like to thank you for the good service before and during our stay as well!
Our stay at the Finca GALERA-0298 was wonderful. The house is tastefully decorated, everything was clean, the keys was also problematic. The view from the windows of the mountain panorama is truly impressive. All highly recommended.
Unser Aufenthalt in der Finca GALERA-0298 war wunderbar. Die Finca ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles war sauber, die Schlüsselübergabe war ebenfalls unproblematisch. Der Blick aus den Fenstern auf das Bergpanorama ist wirklich beeindruckend. Alles sehr empfehlenswert.
