Location: awesome centrally, yet quietly, top view from the roof terrace, delightfully
Interior and Housing Condition: very worn and partly broken walls (toilet), cleaned superficially, leaking shower tray and hose
Personal: present and "always ready" ;-), the great thing, they are there!
Lage: genial zentral, dennoch ruhig, top Aussicht von Dachterrasse, herrlich
Interieur und Wohnungszustand: stark abgenutzt, teils defekte Wände (Toilette), oberflächlich geputzt, Duschtasse und Schlauch undicht

suuper central location is ideal for a short stay, perfectly adequate for 2 people, beautiful old building, clean - has everything worked perfectly, we were very happy :)
suuper zentral, lage ist optimal für einen kurztrip, völlig ausreichend für 2 personen, schöner altbau, sauber - hat alles bestens funktioniert, wir waren sehr zufrieden :)

Pictures of the apartment look perfect but reality is not perfect at all. First of all, it`s just different apartment, furniture especially in the living room and kitchen are very old, sofa with big holes on it is a disaster, towels and bed linen must be changed (very old and grey color).
When I asked Jan (receptionist) to change the apartment and provided those what I`ve booked according to the pictures he said that this is not possible and I need contact to the manager.
I wouldn`t recommend to stay on this apartment. Quality is poor but price for it is to high. Only one advantage is location.
We stayeed for two nights and everything was great!
The appartment is very nice, and looks exactly s shown on the pictures. The parking is very easy, it is an automatic parking system: you place your car into the garage and it will get parked automatically. But ot is not cheap. 25 EUR a day for parking may be a bit expensive if you stay longer.
This appartment is a great place to stay, i can recommed it to everyone!
Everything was great. The apartment was just as advertised, staff was friendly, and it was located a short walking distance from many of the main attractions Prague has to offer. The staff even sent an email to inform me when my girlfriend had forgotten some items in the room. If I happen to find myself in Prague in the future I would for sure stay here again.
