Cozy furnished "apt 4401" next metro "Evangelismos" - Kolonaki, WiFi, Best Metro acc, AC.

Let me begin by saying that the owner will be at the apartment whenever you ask to meet him. Our ferry was over an hour late, but he came to meet us at the site at 1:30 am. The apartment is really well situated in terms of accessibility, no dark alleys. there are quite a few little stores around for food and what not, so if you forget to buy something in the very center, you'll surely find it here. This very spacious two-room apartment offers very modern furniture, all the appliances you may need, even a washing machine. The wi-fi works without a glitch, and it is faaaaaast, too. All in all, I strongly recommend this apartment and owner, even if you travel with children. You'll love the neighborhood, the little shops, the homeliness and space.

The apartment had a bad hot water system, bed was taped together and bathroom wasn’t as per photo on site also Kitchen had broken cupboards and only one mug that could be used, others were chipped/cracked. Due to notice up about leaving hot water system on that it could cause a fire this was also a concern. Also the fact you had to turn it on/off as required this was inconvenient. We had to leave after 1st night due to conditions and emailed owner but never received a reply. Apartment not in very good condition.

Très bien situé, calme. Niveau de confort tout à fait correct. Mais la gestion de l'eau chaude, les prises de courant mal fixées aux murs et les lampes de chevet qui fonctionnent de façon intermittentes montrent qu'un entretien plus poussé est nécessaire. Merci Pierre Hémon

The apartment we stayed in was Semelis 17 and may have been the one booked. The location is excellent and it is a spacious apartment and good value.Around the corner is an excellent local Taverna which serves traditional Greek food at very reasonable prices.

very bad experience the place didn't look as described: dirty walls old carpet bad air conditioning broken door lock impossible to connect on the wifi and many other problems which made our stay terrible

Quiet area, living quarter, shops nearby, very close to city center, Syntagma, Acropolis, Lykavattos. Clean appartment, quite nice, recommended.

The location was good with easy proximity to a family-run restaurant, lots of bakeries nearby for breakfast and a supermarket only minutes away. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was welcome on hot summer nights. On the negative side the sheets and blankets were too small for the beds so it was tricky with 2 people trying to fit under. Instructions for the washing machine (in English and other languages) would have been a great help and a shower curtain that reached the floor would have prevented a few mini floods in the bathroom.

Very disappointed with the apartment, a hostel would be much better. The pictures do not fit with reality. No1. Beds are broken. on the internet it says that the apartment is for 6 people, it does not fit completely. We had a folding bed and a sofa bed, but both were broken. There were dirty, we found cockroach in the room. picture of the toilet is not the same. Our entire vacation was ruined. There were no cooking utensils. 2 cups. dirty cutlery. It was as if there had been clean for 100 years.

El piso que reservamos no estaba en las condiciones que demostraban las fotografías. El cuarto de baño muy basico, ni siquiera tenía el soporte del mango de ducharse, la cocina con un equipamiento bastante pobre, en fin, muy lejos de lo que pintaba. Aqui en españa un alojamiento de esa calidad no lo encuentras ni en las mas humildes pensiones. Las puertas y ventanas muy viejas y en mal estado entraba frío por todos lados. A las camas se le caían las traviesas que mantienen el colchón. Pero despues de todo al final terminamos adecuándonos.El piso eso si es grande, espacioso.
