The apartment is situated in Novoli quarter, in a very quiet street, in front of a very nice garden. The bus stop is only 80 meters far, just passing through the garden. You can easily get to the town center or the central railway station in about 15 minutes. Bus number 29, 30 or 35 pass every 10 minutes, and in a few minutes you'll be in the beautiful Florence town center. Florence Peretola Airport is very near, just a few minutes by bus or taxi. If you like running, jogging or simply walking along the Arno river, you can get to the Parco delle Cascine by walk. In the neighbourhood you'll also find 2 supermarkets ("Lidl" and "Il Centro") and a catholic church.
The house is composed of a design room with 2 beds (matrimonial double bed or twin beds), a corridor, a bathroom, a kitchen and a small balcony.
The room has a living area with a sofa, a desk and a TV and a sleeping area with beds, a wardrobe, two nightstands and a dresser. Normally, this bedroom has 2 beds (one matrimonial bed or two single beds). If requested, one more single bed can be added, so that 3 people can stay there.
The entrance corridor is full of cinema-inspired pictures. The bathroom is small but complete with shower box, wc and bidet. The kitchen is decorated with advertising plates and pop objects: you'll find a table, a fridge, a toaster, crockery, a kitchenette and a sink.
