The apartment over two levels located in the 3rd Floor and has approximately 60 square meters. They designed consists of living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, hallway bathroom and is equipped with high-grade laminate or tile.
The equipment is as follows:
Bedroom 1 with double bed (1,40 x 2,00 m) and a sliding door wardrobe (H 2.20 mx 1.96 m B), located to the side street.
Bedroom 2 is located on the upper level is also equipped with a double bed (1,40 x 2,00 m). In addition, an LCD TV is in this room.
Living room with sofa function that provides unfolded for 2 persons sleeping. Dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, DVD player and radio. The living room is located on the main road, but is equipped with double glazing.
The modern bathroom is tiled and equipped with high-quality a large shower.
The kitchen has fridge, stove with oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker and all utensils needed for self catering.
The apartment was on 01 March 2011 completely renovated and refurbished. Two elegant glass doors complete this beautiful, modern apartment.
In particular, families should feel comfortable here, which does not mean that singles or couples are welcome.
The property is located in the borough Sülz / Klettenberg in the west of Cologne. Despite the proximity to the downtown district of the city is very green. The Urban Forest and the Decksteiner pond in the west, the picturesque Melaten cemetery in the north and the green belt in the east of Cologne, the area is virtually surrounded by greenery. But the district also offers a busy shopping streets such as Luxembourg and Sülzburg Berrentrather-road.
The tram stop is about 100 mtr .. Removed from the apartment. The line 18 is a 7 stops (about 10 minutes) to downtown and after 9 stops (about 14 minutes), the old town, main railway station and not to forget the Cologne Cathedral.
It is desirable that the apartment when the tenant is left broom clean.

This was our second stay in Rainers' apartment and we found it as comfortable , clean and in good order as the first time we stayed. 100% positive and would recommend again for up to 3 people.
We would certainly return when we are in Cologne again.

Very nice and easy landlord. A pleasant well-equipped, functional, visually appealing and well maintained apartment in a very practical, lively (Großstadt!) Location.
Promised infrastructure (bakery, shopping, restaurants, direct underground connection) within a very short time (1-3 min) within walking distance.

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Eine angenehm gut ausgestatte, funktionelle, optisch ansprechende und gepflegte Wohnung in sehr praktischer, lebendiger (Großstadt!) Lage.
Versprochene Infrastruktur (Bäcker, Einkauf, Restaurants, direkte U-Bahn-Anbindung) innerhalb kürzester Zeit (1-3 min) fußläufig zu erreichen.
TOP: Terrasse und sehr gutes Bett!

everything perfect. Very good Kommuniukation with Rainer, apartment and terrace is described as generous. Very good public transport links right outside the door. Gladly again when we are once again in Cologne.

Positive: Good location (close to motorway, tram outside the door), Large terrace, flexible arrival Negative: Too small sink, no Dusch-/Badmatte, tree trunks as coffee table, calcified kettle
Positives: Gute Lage (nahe Autobahn, Straßenbahn vor der Tür), Große Terrasse, flexible Anreise
Negatives: zu kleines Waschbecken, keine Dusch-/Badmatte, Baumstämme als Couchtisch, verkalkter Wasserkocher
An uncomplicated, nice landlord, provides a clean and beautifully furnished apartment for disposal. The only "flaw" is quite clear bathroom. However, if you can arrange it yourself (like me) can accept the offer without hesitation. I would do it again!
Ein unkomplizierter, netter Vermieter, stellt eine saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung zur verfügung. Einziger "Makel" ist das recht übersichtliche Badezimmer. Wer sich jedoch damit arrangieren kann (so wie ich), kann das Angebot bedenkenlos annehmen. Ich würde es wieder machen!
The contact and the surrender were on time and friendly. The apartment is beautifully furnished and functional, clean, is really central, the area is alive, we even found a parking space immediately around the corner. In short, we felt at home and would love to come again.
Der Kontakt und die Übergabe waren pünktlich und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet, war sauber, liegt wirklich zentral, die Gegend ist lebendig, wir fanden sogar auf Anhieb einen Parkplatz um die Ecke. Kurz gesagt: Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.
We have had it good in the apartment. The connection with the city was very good, and we könten buy food in the direct environment, or something to eat ... Wir haben es schön gehabt in das appartement. Die verbindung mit der stadt war sehr gut, und wir könten lebensmittel kaufen in der directe umgebung, oder etwas zum essen...

Great property for 2 or 3 people. Everything that was needed was in the property, clean and in good condition. The apartment was also warm and quiet even with the bedroom overlooking the Sulzgurtel.
There was a problem with lack of water pressure . This was rectified within a couple of hours of reporting it to Rainer.
On the negative side we were charged extra for the provision of bedding and towels, though there was no charge for cleaning the apartment at the end of our stay.
We would recommend this property and will be more than happy to return in the future.
