Rome today is one of the most important tourist destinations of the world, due to the incalculable immensity of its archaeological and artistic treasures, as well as for the charm of its unique traditions, the beauty of its panoramic views, and the majesty of its magnificent "villas" (parks). Among the most significant resources are the many museums – (Musei Capitolini, the Vatican Museums, Galleria Borghese, including those dedicated to modern and contemporary art and great many others) – aqueducts, fountains, churches, palaces, historical buildings, the monuments and ruins of the Roman Forum, and the Catacombs. Rome is the 3rd most visited city in the EU, after London and Paris, and receives an average of 7–10 million tourists a year, which sometimes doubles on holy years. The Colosseum (4 million tourists) and the Vatican Museums (4.2 million tourists) are the 39th and 37th (respectively) most visited places in the world, according to a recent study.
Rome is a major archaeological hub, and one of the world's main centres of archaeological research. There are numerous cultural and research institutes located in the city, such as the American Academy in Rome, and The Swedish Institute at Rome, to name a few. Rome contains numerous ancient sites, including the Forum Romanum, Trajan's Market, Trajan's Forum the Colosseum, and the Pantheon, to name but a few. The Colosseum, arguably one of Rome's most iconic archaeological sites, is regarded as a wonder of the world.

The apartment was in good condition übernommen.Die apartment well equipped with air conditioning / dishwasher. Key and handover has easily geklappt.Die apartment is located on a busy street with a bus stop right outside the door. Convenient but noisy. Take away from the noise of sirens of ambulances necessarily for the night earplugs.

It was a shame that this apartment was met with hidden fees that were not stipulated on the exact price. The bond "deposit" of 200 euro was established, however, when checking out of the apartment, the housekeeper already had the money ready and deducted from the deposit WITHOUT looking at the apartment if we had done any damage.

It was if the bond meant nothing, and the bond deposit was just a way of making money. It was a real shame as the apartment was superb. Establish the fees first before check-in and don't have hidden costs and make them up on the spot. Too greedy.

Very nice apartment: spacious, clean, furnished in a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The location is not central but well connected (bus almost every 2 minutes to get to the station all the buses that stop in front of the house to go) and then tram 8 to go to the historic center.

Eine schöne und große Wohnung. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Alles hat gut geklappt. Leider grenzte eine Pizzeria direkt an die Wohnung an (ans Schlafzimmer), was sehr geräuschintensiv war.

Hey, better late than never, as far as the review! We liked the studio liked it. The location is not really central, but with buses etc. you can move very well in Rome. Nearby are good shops, small market and shops. Also a few good restaurants!

Very nice apartment, loved the marble floors and big bedroom. The outdoor area was perfect to have a few drinks in and the kitchen was well equipped. Transport was great once we got used to it. Internet was slightly annoying as it wasn't available in the whole house and cut out occasionally. Overall, a superb place to stay.

We have enjoyed the apartment, all comfort is in home, good beds, excellent bathroom, all days market around the corner with delicious fresh food, the bus before the house, and the the tram (8) brings you very easily in the Centre of Rome. From the tram (gionicolense) it is even possible to come back to run again at the apartment.
All in all a good recommended, we had beautiful weather and could have breakfast on the terrace in the Sun every day. delicious!

With four people we lived eight days in this apartment and discovered and visited Rome. Although slightly outside the city center is an ideal place to stay. All facilities such as ATM and shops are just a few minutes walk away. Friendly people who are very helpful. The apartment meets all requirements and there is a large terrace at the rear along a street running. Also, there is a neat separation. Furthermore, it is fully equipped and not insignificant with excellent beds. Public transportation is easily accessible. Central Rome One puzzling how public transport is organized and it is quite simple. Possibly parking near the apartment. Free along the street or surcharge in a garage at a distance of about five minutes walk. Overall a good option at a reasonable price to use if you want to visit Rome.
