The room was small but clean. Unfortunately, the bed was right against the wall, which was freezing. But there were enough blankets because that could squeeze between the bed and wall. It manages (from our room) only by the private living room to the kitchen and in the outdoor area. I was a little uncomfortable. The bathroom for the guests was clean, and fully equipped. In the kitchen they found for breakfast cereals, white bread and sweet spreads, so a normal continental breakfast. For Irish standards everything was there too clean. By self-service could find yourself put together what you wanted. What I knew not before, that you had to flush itself and the used dishes, but well .... that was not even the world. Teresa and her husband were very nice and helpful, and gave us some tips.
It was really nice staying in their house even if we did'nt spent a lot of time there. It's very good for a short trip , their house is located in a small street apart from the busy city so really quiet but just 25 min by walk and the LUAS into the city centre. Teresa and Hugh are very friendly and are trying to help you with everything you you need to have a nice trip. Would definitely stay there again.
We loved our stay with Teresa and her husband! Stayed there for 3 nights and they where always intressed in what we did. When we arrived they gave us a lot of information what we could do and How we would get there, it was great! The room is comfy and loved the heating blankets. Love too come back one day!
very relaxed and easy-going hosts that made us feel part of the family. nicely furnished room with heated beds - a luxury in the rainy evenings! We could move about the house at ease. Breakfast not served but self-service when convenient. Ideally situated for the fast trains into Dublin city centre.
