Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vienne. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Raoul. L'appartement que nous avons loués auprès de Raoul était très bien situé, propre, avec une station de metro tout proche. Pour un cours séjour, c'est un appartement ideal. Merci. à très bientôt.

Dobre miejsce dla dużej grupy. W trzech pokojach jest w sumie 8 piętrowych łóżek. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe sprzęty, w tym dwie lodówki. Dwie umywalki w korytarzu, dwa prysznice, toaleta. Całość w kamienicy. Głównym plusem jest lokalizacja. 200m od Belwederu. Blisko stacji metra i dworca Hauptbanhof. Jednocześnie blisko centrum, a zaraz za torami można postawić samochód bez opłat.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Appartement, es war sehr sauber und freundlich und modern eingerichtet, Vom Strassenlärm haben wir rein gar nichts gehört, es war absolut ruhig. Verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen da S-Bahn, U-Bahn in der Nähe waren, wir konnten sogar zu Fuss schön durch den Belvederepark zum Stadtpark gehen, also sehr zentral gelegen. Bei der Anreise wie auch bei der Abreise hat alles super geklappt und alle waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Ein Danke Schön an Raoul...wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

L'appartement est très agréable, assez grand, très propre, calme et situé tout près de Belvedère. Le tram permet de rejoindre le centre ville très facilement et rapidement. Donc très bonne adresse à Vienne.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön ( sauber, ruhig und hell ) und Raoul ein unkomplizierter Vermieter. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage ( neben dem Park von Schloß Belveder und die öffentl. Verkehrsmittel sind in 2 Min. zu erreichen, aber nicht zu hören, da die Wohnung Fenster im Innenhof hat. Jederzeit wieder !!!
