House rules

Friendly, good manners, and respectful. (just being a good house guest). No visitors allowed unless with permission, absolutely no guests after 9pm. No smoking, No parties. You are to clean after yourself in the kitchen, and bathroom, if you do not want to so, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

Eine Unterkunft mit zentrumsnaher und gute Lage. Die Vermieterin ist flexibel und freundlich. Leider sind die Sanitäreinrichtungen renovierungsbedürtig. Das Zimmer ist ok und sauber. Empfehlenswert.

Eine gute, einfache Unterkunft mit zentrumsnaher Lage und einem unschlagbaren Preis für München. Die Vermieterin ist super flexibel und freundlich.

Sehr nah und einfach zur Messe München. Nette Umgebung, nette Gastgeberin. Wohnung ein wenig studentisch und erneuerungsbedürftig, aber kein Problem für mich. Viel wichtiger, dass ich problemlos spät einchecken durfte (nach 22:00 Uhr) und äußerst freundlich empfangen wurde.
