The house, completely indipendent, is on second floor of the building, small ,but extremely comfortable, consisting of one room with double bed, kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking and bathroom with shower (also available hair dryer) equipped with air conditioning, can also be used for heating in winter, tv and internet wi fi and provides guests linen/bed sheets.It’s a very good solution for both holiday stays, for study or work and you can stay for short or long period.
