Beautiful Rooms With Park View

this is a very good apt and we had a nice time there, especially while the other guests and Cindy herself were very kind!

Our stay at Cindy's apartment was really comfortable. Cindy is a very nice person friendly and helpful. The apartment is very well located. The subway station is at the corner of the street. I recommend this location.

My friends and I spent 4 day's at cindy's apartment and it was the best we could do. We are really young and came from germany to NY. The rooms are clean and the apartment nice decorated. The picture on that website doesn't lie and her room is realy so nice (But we got a shock when we saw the floor and her front door to her apartment, but be sure it get better!!) But the most suprise for us was Cindy. She is an amazing girl and we liked here from the first moment. She went with us for lunch and we watched a movie with here ( a strange movie but it was funny how we all was shocked about that strange movie). If we come back to New York we will book here room again. Thank you cindy for the great time and hope we will see us one day again with an better english. :)

I booked Cindy's place for my sister and her boyfriend. They had a great stay ! the place is modern, clean and very welcoming! it's just next to the subway and Cindy is ALWAYS available for any demand or advices about the city ! so go ahead I recommend her at 100% !

Wonderfull !!! My vacation in NYC were a success thanks to Cindy ! Don't worry about the room, it's clean, cute and very safe ! Like as we can see in the description on the website ! You can be in confidence, don't hesitate ! And it's easy to go to Times Square, just 2 stations with the subway ! I give to Cindy the mark of A++ :)

We stayed at a room in a appartment in Harlem. This is one of Cindy's apartments. Nice location: nearby Metro-station , shops and restaurants. Cindy is a nice, warm and a bit chaotic person. Apartment is clean and has no airco. We think that it will by very warm at warmer days. In the apartment are 3 rooms ... for 6 persons. That is too much when you aren't connected with each other. Especially because the toilet and bathroom are in the same room. It's very busy in the mornings.

We really enjoyed our stay in New York. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious.Time Square is only 10 minutes away by subway and Central Park is within walking distance. Cindy was very helpful, friendly and recommended some great places to visit. I would recommend her apartment to my friends and would be delighted to stay there again. Eleana Miller

Cindy is amazing and her apartment is well loacted in Harelm. The apartment is even better when viewed in person and the skyline views are so spectacular. The apartment is very clean and I felt safe coming home late at night. The apt. is only 15mins to/from Time Square. The neighborhood is safe for all travelers. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAVELERS WANTING A TRUE NYC EXPERIENCE IN COMFORT AND SAFETY TO BOOK YOUR STAY AT CINDY'S

fun area. good chinese take away near by. close to subway. up many levels, so work for the legs with luggage - but i enjoyed my stay. Wifi was pretty good - I could Skype pretty well. We had some issues with the heating - but they got the handyman/landlord in to bleed them so that was better. My advice is to not deal with Cindy off of the website for your security.

Ich und meine beste Freundin waren vom 20 September bis zum 4. Oktober in NYC. (Sie 27 und ich 25) Es war einfach so mega schön! Der erste Eindruck von der Wohnung war nicht so berauschend, denn man musste durch einige Türen die einen piependen Ton dabei gemacht haben... und hinauf in den 3 Stock.Da kein Aufzug vorhanden war, war es schon anstrengend den Koffer hoch zu schleppen! Cindy hat uns dann die Tür aufgemacht, uns kurz Informiert, was wir beachten müssen etc. in der Wohnung selber waren wir erstmal alleine, später kamen noch ein älteres Paar dazu und dann ein älterer Schriftsteller aus Canada. Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Man muss sich halt wegen dem Bad absprechen. Die Gegend war super cool, und schon nach kurzer Zeit haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt und waren auch in Harlem aus. Die Ubahn Station sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt sind direkt um die Ecke! Für den Preis ist die Wohnung schön und ich würde auch wieder hin fahren! New York war einfach der WAHNSINN! <3 it!!!
