I rent out a room of 30 square meters in my private apartment to visitors of Berlin.
The apartment is 80 square meters in size and consists of two rooms as well as a kitchen and a bathroom. Your room is bright and has a balcony. The bathroom with a bathtub and the kitchen can be used jointly. The room is for 1-4 guests, however, if you are interested it is also possible to rent the complete apartment.
The apartment is centrally located. The underground station Vinetastraße and several bus and tram connections can basically be found right on the doorstep. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz.
Prenzlauer Berg is a trendy quarter where you can find many popular bars and cafés. You can visit superbly artistic boutiques and unique shops or stroll around the Mauerpark’s famous flea market. Or just absorb and enjoy the unique Berlin flair.
The area around Kollwitzplatz is a focal point of Berlin’s famous nightlife. Nighthawks will surely enjoy the Kulturbrauerei and the trendy nightclubs "Kesselhaus", "Soda" and many more.
