A security bond of $300 is required on arrival and is fully refundable within 3 days of departure if the apartment is left clean and undamaged.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted inside.
Vehicles are to be parked in allocated parking space/s. A maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed & such vehicles must not obstruct another resident’s driveway/garage (visitors must park on the street if the second space is taken.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Contrary use will result in additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
Any damage, breakage or loss of furniture, furnishings, equipment, locks or keys is to be reported immediately and paid for at cost, other then acceptable wear and tear. Please note, that our cleaners do a detailed inventory check both before and after your occupation. Furniture, fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms or properties. The BBQ must remain on the outside patio and be cleaned after use.
The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the
Confirmation Notice.
The operators take no responsibility for the client/s’ personal property left on the premises.
Check-out time is 10am. Check-in time is 2pm. The client must vacate the property by the check-out time unless agreed with the operators in advance that they may stay longer. Without prior agreement, additional late departure fees will apply at the nightly rate.
The client making the booking must be 18 years or over and agree to take full responsibility for the temporary rental of the property.
For call outs, outside of office hours, a $50.00 fee will be levied, e.g. if you lose your keys or lock yourselves out.
Water restrictions currently apply in Melbourne e.g. no washing of cars with buckets or hoses and restricted watering of gardens. Please note that you may be liable for a fine should these restrictions be breached.
Some toys and DVDs are provided for your enjoyment. Please note that the operator takes no responsibility for the use of these toys or DVDs or any injury that may arise from their use. It is the responsibility of the parents to ensure that the selection of these items is appropriate for the use of their children.
Wireless internet is provided with a usage limit of 250 megabytes (monitored) so that our next guests may also enjoy this service.
Environmental/Safety Issues In the interests of safety and for the benefit of the environment, we request that you turn off all appliances, including heating and cooling when you leave the premises. Please consider using the external sunblinds provided which will reduce the heat significantly, particularly if pulled down at the beginning of a hot day.
