Comfortable and Central Accomodation

La posizione è centralissima e comoda per raggiungere comodamente a piedi i maggiori musei/palazzi storici/locali di Firenze. Il gestore è molto cordiale. Il posto è molto semplice e privo di qualsivoglia sfarzo.

Bien mais je n'avais les directions pour trouver l'endroit. La chambre était modeste mais très bien centralisée.

Alloggio comodo, qualche piccolo problema col WiFi ma in generale ha mantenuto le aspettative. Consigliato per brevi soggiorni.

The one star is for the location, right next to the river, short walk from Florence's main attractions. The bed had chewing gum stuck to the post. The walls were dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was a total nightmare, the sink was broken and didn't drain, the toilet was broken - flush would fall into the sistern and the seat wasn't attached, the shower was a slow trickle. As a host, Giovanni is cold and unwelcoming. I really would not recommend this place to anyone.

Only thing good about this place is the location, because it's next to the river and walking distance to most tourist sites. Host was unfriendly, offers little help in our visit. The worst part is the hygene. The blanket in the room is dirty, and the shower drain doesn't work. At night, there are bugs since it's facing courtyard. Reception is smoky and I wasn't not able to sleep the whole time I stayed there. Unless you are desperate for a place, I will not choose this place.

Der Ausblick, wie die Fotos zeigen, ist unvergesslich. In der Nacht ist der Dom beleuchtet und ein festlicher Teil des Zimmers. Auch der Gastgeber Giovanni ist ein freundlicher Mann. Trotzdem war es in der Wohnung ungemütlich und man fühlt sich da etwas verloren. Es ist schmutzig und fehlt an allem: kalt Wasser in der Dusche und warm Wasser in der Küche, Spülmittel, Toilettenpaper. Die Lampen sind kaputt. Es gibt 1 Handtuch für 1 Woche Aufenthalt. Am Ende ist es so, dass man sich freut, wenn etwas funktioniert, etwa die Toilettenspülung, wenn man 3x gedrückt hat. Trotz des Ausblicks und der guten Lage würden wir die Wohnung nicht noch einmal buchen.

Overall the experience was as advertised, however, be aware, the images are deceiving. The rooms are not as nice and are a little dirty. The kitchen and bathrooms are accurately portrayed. The owner is nice and accommodating - check-in/out times are flexible.

Das App. liegt sehr zentral, hat den schönen Ausblick auf den Dom. Wir fanden es sehr ungepflegt.
