Apartment in 11th District Oberkampf of Paris

Very good located, small room with thin walls. Information and organisation is very kind and uncomplicate.

Le studio est conforme aux photos. Idéal pour un couple avec 1 enfant si vous souhaitez juste un pied à terre, un peu petit si vous comptez y passer la journée !! Les moyens de transport sont tout proche (bus ou métro) ce qui permet de visiter très facilement la capitale. Une petite superette est également toute proche ce qui est très pratique. Valéria est une hote très arrangeante, courtoise et disponible. Si nous devions revenir, c'est une adresse que nous garderions. Merci Valéria.

L'appartamento è come appare in foto. Il bagno è molto nuovo. Effettivamente il palazzo è vecchio, ma l'appartamento invece è ristrutturato. Valeria è gentilissima e molto accogliente. Tutto era pulito ed avevamo anche asciugamani e lenzuola. Nessuna lamentela, assolutamente. Sotto casa, all'angolo du Rue Oberkampf c'è una boulangerie che fa delle baguettes troppo buone! =D

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem sauberen, praktisch und nett eingerichtetem Zimmer. Valeria ist auch sehr korrekt und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Paris!

The flat was small but nice, in a central area, but not the nicest street. The bathroom had a strong smell, mostly of cigarette smoke. The kitchen was decently equipped. On the whole it was okay for two people, but three would have been difficult. Very good wifi. Noisy neighbours. No view of anything except a wall and roof. Close to two metro stations. We enjoyed the stay, and Valeria was a good and accomodating host. Thank you!

It's a small apartment, as described. Just nice for two people. Valerie was very nice, and prompt in answering questions and very helpful! The metro is very near too! and we especially loved the produce markets on every tue and fri. we found the area very accessible by metro to all the attractions in paris actually. Buy the navigo so you can just go up and down the metro unlimitedly. either that, or the booklet of 10 tickets so save money. the walls are very thin, so you can hear people walking down the hall. remember your earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

We had a very pleasant stay in the apartment. All the furniture seems to be quite new and the apartment was clean and all. We stayed 3 nights of which only one night was noisy, the other 2 nights were fine!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per 5 notti. Siamo soliti affittare appartamenti quando andiamo in vacanza e questo, senza ombra di dubbio, era il più bello in assoluto. pulito, ordinato e dotato di tutto. certo magari il palazzo nel complesso non è dei migliori, ma quando poi si entra nel piccolo e caldo appartamento non ci si pensa più. Consigliamo però, prima di partire, di chiarire con la proprietaria a che piano si trova l'appartamento e quale sia la porta corretta per evitare di guardare sotto gli zerbini di tutte le porte del palazzo.

we had a very nice stay in paris the room is big enough for two people there is almost no parking space in the neighborhood We parked our car at the end of the metro line and then took the metro to the appartment that also saved time when we left paris because the metro is faster than a car there are plenty restaurants nereby we'ed love to come back in this appartment

Das Appartement sehr sauber und nett. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen aussreichend. Gute Lage, alles in der Nähe.Das Quartier lebendig und multikulturell.Übergabe hat sehr gut geklappt.Werde es weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank
