Description
The apartment is located in "Lehel", exclusive residential area in Munich. it is very close to the "Maximilianstrasse" and near the city center. The "Hofbräuhaus", the Isar and the "Marienplatz" are only 800 meters away. Public transportation is close by (underground, tram). The Metro runs directly to the Oktoberfest places and the main station.
You rent a room with own kitchen and bathroom and extra entrance as part of a bigger apartment. We just share a connecting door, so you have everything for your own.
The apartment is located in the attic in one of the oldest houses in this district. The house has been modernized inside in 2010. Windows, doors an the floor are still original. 3. Level, no lift! The apartment is directed to the backyard and quiet.
The rooms are comfortable, as well as the bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with chairs for 2 people, in addition to a dishwasher, a stove, an oven and a refrigerator.
Bedroom with two single beds, table, wardrobe. If you wish we can put the single beds together....
You can book 1 room, kitchen and bath for max. two persons and Child in a childrens bed.
Please note that normally between Monday and Thursday me and a friend live in the other part of the flat;
Bed linen and towels are provided. We have LAN and WLAN 30 MBit for free. Television with DVD.
On weekends the apartment can be occupied by four people (see the separate offer).
Parking:
I can offer from Thursday to Monday my parking license, which ist valid for all public parkings in the area. I would then need a deposit of 200 Euro for that and keep 20 Euro for my expenses, because I have to bring my own car out of the area.
Alternative: Parking house : about 17 Euro a day. The next free parking is 4 cablecar stations away, I can send you a map in advance.
Check in:
I try to handle it flexible, but if there is a change at the same day, it could be more difficult. We will find a solution anyway, f.e. if you need to place your luggage in advance.
