We had a total of 6 people (including 3 children) and had a wonderful time in Peter's apartment. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired and the location with pool and near the sea is great. Come again any time :)
Wir waren insgesamt 6 Personen (davon 3 Kinder) und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Peters Apartment. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch die Lage mit Pool und direkt am Meer ist großartig.

We were of 14.5. to 18.05.2013 at Peter in the apartment and it was really great. Peter himself was not on the spot, but it was explained everything via email and everything was provided. Although it was right on Collins Rd, it was very quiet and the view from the balcony was fantastic. If you go with the car (which was always parked with the valet parking easily and quickly in the garage), the Collins Rd always just drove south you came directly to SoBe in the art deco district! The best there at the height of 5 street parking and walking through SoBo! In the apartment, you should know that one of the most beautiful bedroom (both upstairs) a connecting room and the second, very small bathroom is located in the lower area. Suitable for 2 people are beach chairs and beach mats, and enough bath, hand and beach towels. The directly adjacent pool area has a nice Riki-tiki bar with good and cheap food. On the lower floor of the house there is also a small shop where you can buy almost anything. All in all it was perfect! We love coming back!
Wir waren von 14.5. bis 18.5.2013 bei Peter im Apartment und es war wirklich toll. Peter selbst war nicht vorort, aber es war mittels Email alles erklärt und auch alles bereitgestellt worden. Obwohl es direkt an der Collins Rd lag, war es sehr ruhig und der Ausblick vom Balkon war fantastisch. Wenn man mit dem Mietwagen (der mit Hilfe des Valet-Parking immer gut und schnell in der Tiefgarage geparkt wurde) die Collins Rd immer gerade Richtung Süden fuhr, kam man direkt nach SoBe in den Artdeco-District! Am Besten dort auf Höhe 5 Strasse Parken und zu Fuß durch SoBo! Im Apartment sollte man wissen, dass eines der wunderschönen Schlafzimmer (beide im oberen Stock) ein Durchgangszimmer ist und das zweite, sehr kleine Bad im unteren Bereich liegt. Für 2 Pesonen stehen Strandsessel und Strand-Matten, sowie genügend Bade-, Hand-, und Strandtücher zur Verfügung. Der direkt angrenzende Poolbereich hat eine nette Riki-Tiki-Bar mit gutem und günstigem Essen. Im unteren Geschoss des Hauses befindet sich auch ein kleiner Shop, wo man fast alles kaufen kann. Alles in Allem war es perfekt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Stunning apartment. Beautiful beach nearby, as well as public transport at door step that provides easy access to various Miami locations. Would without doubt stay again.

I must say that this was the best place I have stayed in, the pictures do not portray how beautiful this condo actually is. Peter was very attentive to any questions I had and was in frequent contact. To sum up this condo, it was very clean, stylish, spacious and had everything we needed in terms of equipment. Very happy to have stayed here. :)
I thought the apartment was spacious and well equipped. The washer/drier was very good. Location, right next to the beach again was excellent.
The only major problem we encountered was the lack of hot water and the lack of water pressure, even having a lukewarm shower the pressure could drop mid shampoo and we could be left with no water at all for a few seconds before it returned to a gentle spray. We reported this to the main desk but things did not improve until the last day and it was a joy to have hot water at last.
I emailed Peter ( owner) who responded quickly to my email. I told him about the water problem and that we had been told by reception that our water would be cut off the following day for maintenance, even though this did not happen, it was improved the next day ( our last day)
The apartment is very well maintained, everything was clean, and great location. Highly recommended!
