Cool Beach Apartment, Barcelona

Very nice host, but had higher expectations of the appartment. The appartment is probably fine for young people, who will mostly be out in the evening anyway, but i wouldn't recommend it for a family or older people. It is quite noisy during the night, the bed is not very comfortable and the bathroom needs some fixing. The location though is very nice. It is indeed just around the corner of the beach. Not far from the metro or busses ( and tourist bus ) but you can also easily walk from there to most places.

Ein einfaches, bescheiden möbiliertes Appartement in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand von Barceloneta. Zu Fuß sind einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen, zur Metro-Station "Barceloneta" sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort erschließt sich dem Besucher die Stadt über ein gut strukturiertes und schnell getaktetes U-Bahnnetz. (Hinweis für Nachtschwärmer: Mo-Do ist um 0.30h Schluss, die U-Bahnstationen werden geschlossen. Freitags bis 02:00, Samstag 24 Std. Service) Das Appartment hat jedoch seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. So ist z.B.die Nasszelle ("Bad" ist übertrieben) gekennzeichnet von Schwarzschimmelflecken, die Silikondichtungen sind schadhaft und dichten die Nasszelle auch zum Wohnraum hin nicht richtig ab. Das Waschbecken ist extrem mini, seine Benutzung außer zum Händewaschen setzt die Nasszelle gehörig "unter Wasser". Die Wände des Appartments sehnen sich nach einem neuen Anstrich und die in den Fotos abgebildete Möbilierung stimmt nicht ganz mit der Realität überein. Wer nachts in Tiefschlaf verfällt, dem macht der Lärm auf der Straße (Spätheimkehrer, Hundegebell, Gespäche der Nachbarn, Türenschlagen und die Geräusche aus den Nachbarwohnungen) sicher nichts aus. Für empfindlichere Naturen (Geräusche und Sauberkeit) ist das Appartment nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Fazit: Das Appartement ist für einfache Ansprüche ok, allerdings ist der Preis gemessen an dem was geboten wird, leider nicht ganz ok.

Super gute Lage der Wohnung - direkt um die Ecke vom Strand. Wirklich wie beschrieben ideal für den Strand- und Shopping-Urlaub! Hat alles gut geklappt - sowohl die Abwicklung über Wimdu, als auch die nette, mehr als kundenfreundliche Übergabe und Abnahme der Wohnung. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Simple small Apartment! The location is perfect for a city trip and beach holidays. The Host was friendly and the communication was easy. I can recommend this place.

charming hosts. awesome located and not to loud at night. sea view from the balcony. the seal of the glass wall between needs shower and living room needs a little repair . I'll come back.

Sejour à barcelone tres agreable comme toujours ! Appartement idealement situe ,à 1 min de la plage , 10 mins des ramblas . Il est propre est bien equipe ! A conseiller !!!

Un très bon séjour à Barcelone, une ville magnifique. Le logement est bien située à 100m de la plage. L’accès au centre ville se fait rapidement. Un agréablement moment, merci à Ksénia

Prima appartement op een uitstekende ligging in Barcelona! Zo'n beetje op het strand en ook dichtbij het oude centrum. Wij hebben alle bezienswaardigheden die verder weg liggen, per fiets bezocht. Een prima vervoermiddel voor Barcelona!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, tolle Lage, nette Nachbarn. Nachts sehr laut.
