Room & own Bathroom

Nettes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Wir konnten sogar die Küche und Waschmaschine mit nutzen. Außerdem ist die Anbindung zur Stadt und zu den Camper-Vermietungen (Britz, Maui, etc.) gut und Kate eine super Gastgeberin.

Kate was a lovely host. We realy enjoyed our stay at her comfy house. Thanks again dear Kate :)

We have had a very pleasant stay at Kate's place. It was very clean and the bad was very comfortable. Kate helped us out with everything (f.i. a card that we could use to travel by train) and a trainstation is nearby (5 min. walk). It takes a 15 minutes trainride to the center of the city. Kate is a very nice person who makes you feel at home immediatly. We would definately recommand staying at her place.

Ein sehr sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die tolle Küche konnte mitbenutzt werden. Kate, die Gastgeberin, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und ist in allem sehr hilfsbereit gewesen, war aber nicht aufdringlich, wenn man z.B. seine Ruhe haben wollte. "Hotel Kate" würde ich jedem anderen Hotel in Melbourne vorziehen, wenn man nicht unbedingt direkt im Zentrum der Stadt wohnen muß. Ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Nähe zur Metro war ebenfalls sehr komfortabel.

Kate is a great host and made me feel at home, and was very helpful with her extensive local knowledge and advice. Kate's house is very clean and my double bed was very comfortable. The house is located in a nice quiet back street close to middle footscray train station which is only 2 stops from the CBD so very convenient. I would stay again.

Mooie verzorgde kamer met dito badkamer. We voelden ons daar erg vrij en welkom. De ligging t.o.v. de is stad ideaal door nabijgelegen treinstation. Aardige en gastvrij host. We hebben genoten.

Lokalisation authentisch, fuer Melbourner "normales Wohnen " gute Lage zur Innenstadt. Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr nett und gepflegt (Haus ist neu) sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und knuddeliger Kater. Waeren gern laenger geblieben!

Einfach Klasse die Unterkunft.Tolle Gastgeberin,man fühlt sich zu Hause.Sehr gute Lage, mit Metro um die Ecke und Kate gab uns sogar Metrokarten!Alles einfach toll und sehr zu empfehlen!

Kate & Lucy are wonderful hosts - very warm, helpful & go the extra mile to ensure that our stay is comfortable. The place is very clean, convenient (walking distance to train station) but quiet & near to supermarket, eating places and others. How wonderful it was to enjoy a bath after a long day as the room comes with its own bathroom. Security is not an issue as Kate gently assured us. Thanks Kate & Lucy for a fantastic stay!

We had a great stay at Kate's house! We totally fell in love with our comfortable room and it felt like home. It is also a positive aspect that the metro station is very close. Kate is an awesome host and we miss her and her cat Lucy already!
