The modern apartment was renovated and furnished in 2009. The Hundertwasserhaus is directly opposite.
The house is in the 3rd district, an excellent living area in the heart of Vienna that’s both central and quiet.
In the apartment, guests will find a hallway, living-room, bedroom, open kitchen, fully-equipped bathroom and separate toilet.
The spacious living room includes a sofa-bed for 2 people, cable TV and seating.
The comfortable bedroom includes a double bed for 2 further guests and a large wardrobe.
Additionally, a walk-in closet is included in the holiday apartment.
The open kitchen with eating area is fully furnished and equipped with all kitchen utensils a guest could need to enjoy Vienna limit-free. Dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and fridge/freezer are included in the kitchen. Various cooking utensils and cutlery are available to the guest.
The complete bathroom includes a shower, washbasin and toilet. In order to offer guests more comfort, there is also a separate toilet, which can be used at any time.
Thanks to its outstanding location, the apartment offers an extensive range of different activities. Guests can reach the city centre in minutes, as well as the ‘Wiener Prater’ with the popular recreation part ‘Wurstelprater’ and the famous Viennese big wheel. The Danube canal (jogging, cycling, boat trips) is located almost on the doorstep. The Viennese exhibition grounds is easy to reach by foot or by car. The 1st district is only 4 tram stations away and reachable in 3 minutes.
In the immediate vicinity, guests will find everything they need for daily convenience: banks, supermarkets, bakeries, chemists, laundromats, petrol stations, playgrounds, restaurants and cafes.
