Accommodation with 110m² (85m² inside + 25m² outside). Divided in three bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms (1 Suite), terrace & kitchen.
Bedroom 1 (suite) - with double-bed & air conditioner. Bedroom 2 - with double-bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 - with single-bed. Living room with sofa bed, sofa, LCD TV (cable), dining table and stereo system.
Located in the 12th floor of a safe building with 24h doorman.
The elevator in this building goes only to the top floor, after this it is necessary to walk up another floor by stairs to reach the apartment.
Only 100 meters to the fantastic beach of Copacabana.
For your safety and convenience, we offer a transfer by executive car,
with a bilingual driver. If interested, please request more
information by sending a message.
We hand over the apartment clean and in perfect condition, including
bed and bath linen. Is also our responsibility to clean the property
and to take care of bed and bath linen laundering when client leaves.
Extra cleaning: If the client wants an extra cleaning during his stay
in the property, we just need to schedule according to availability of
dates and times. For any extra cleaning will be done the exchange of
bed and bath linen. Price: R$ 120,00
To validate your reservation, we require the following information:
Passport or ID number
Check-in time & Flight number (for plane arrivals)
Names of occupants
Reservation / rental cancelation and changing of booking dates/times
Beside the amount of the rental fee, there is a separate charge for
security deposit on each property.
Monday/Friday – 8am to 7pm
Saturday/Sunday/Holidays – 9am to 4pm
Out of our office times we have a employee and a 24h emergency number.
Check-in / Check Out:
Out of our office times, the customer must inform the Agency about the
exact arrival time at the apartment, since our employee will meet the
customer at the apartment.
Before check-in / after check-out, customers are permitted to leave
luggage during regular office hours.
Check-in time is at 14h (2pm)
Check-out time is at 11h (11am)
If the customers would like to schedule a different time and the
apartment is still available (Important: Please check availability and
confirm before the reservation), the following fees are will be
Before 6h => previous day room rate + R$ 50,00 service tax;
6h01 to 13h59 => earlier check in = 50% of room rate;
After 22h00 onwards => R$ 50,00 service tax late (late check-in);
Before 6h => R$ 50,00 service tax (early check out);
11h00 to 22h00 => 50% room rate price;
22h01 => 50% room rate price + R$ 50,00 service tax (late check- out) ;
If the customer doesn’t leave the apartment until 30 minutes after the
pre-established contract time, there will be a charge of R$ 50,00
(fifty reais), if the customer leaves before 11h00. After 11h00 there
will be a charge of a room rate price.
During the check-in and the check-out a company represent will come to
the apartment in order to check it for any damages and return the
security deposit to the customer. This process may take 15-30 minutes
depending on the size of the apartment.
Use of the property
The rental purpose is exclusively for residential use. It is forbidden
to rent the apartment to third persons. Any kind of commercial use is
forbidden without previous written authorization by the agency.
Number of guests
It is forbidden to exceed the indicated number of person. Children
under 1 year of age are not calculated. Please check the allowed
number of persons before renting the apartment.
The client is fully responsible for the property and all items in the
property and building. The client and all apartment occupants and
visitors must comply with the building regulations. Fines imposed by
the building administration for infringing regulations must be paid
immediately by the client and can cause premature termination of the
rental contract without any refund. The agency is not responsible for
death, loss, theft and damage of personal property.
Please verify before making a reservation, if the building accepts the
entrance of visitors. Please advise us before making a reservation if
visitors are requested and we will provide a suitable property.
Damages / Cleaning:
Any damage to the apartment inventory or cleaning defects must be
reported immediately to the agency. If this does not happen within the
first 12 hours after the check-in the agency has the right to charges
the customer the damage amount.
If there will be any kind of damages or defects during the rental
period, the customer has the obligation to report this to the agency
immediately. We will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Without advising, we will not accept further reclamations.
It is important to know, that Brazil is a tropical country. In reason
of that insects such as ants are unavoidable in some cases. The agency
has no responsibility for any complaints in reason of insects.
The Agency is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to
personal items in or outside the property.
Pets are not allowed in our properties. In exceptional cases, upon
prior written authorization by the Agency, the following terms are
Just one pet is allowed. The customer assumes the whole responsibility
for the complete cleaning and damages in the property. If the property
is not completely cleaned before the check-out, a cleaning fee of R$
250.00 will be charged.
The Agency has the right to increase the security deposit for these cases.
If the reserved property has an internet connection or cable TV, we
assume no responsibility for connection problems and any resulting
damages. This service is provided by telecommunication companies
beyond our control: should there be any problems, there will be no
refund of rental payments.

Everything organized super professional. Nice and very helpful stuff + perfect location - just 3 mins from Copacabana, 2 supermarkets just around the corner. Restaurant just next to the entrance. Recommended to anyone.
the security guy was not very friendly but that the only minus I can think about and nothing too serious.
We have stayed there 4 boys (friend trip).
The small apartment is ideally a few steps from Copacabana Beach, an ideal way to experience the World Cup atmosphere. It was clean, absolutely ok for three people. Alessandro and Arthur were very nice and helpful. However, the equipment was in deficit, no cups, no bowls, no coffee. Suellen has promised me by e-mail to bring cups and a pillow, the request was not fulfilled. Apart from this, but we were satisfied.
Das kleine Appartment liegt optimal wenige Schritte von der Copacabana entfernt, ideal, um das WM-Ambiente mitzuerleben. Es war sauber, für drei Personen absolut ok. Alessandro und Arthur waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung aber war defizitär, keine Tassen, keine Schüsseln, keine Kaffeemaschine. Suellen hat mir per Mail zugesagt, Tassen und ein Kopfkissen zu bringen, die Bitte wurde aber nicht erfüllt. Abgesehen davon waren wir aber zufrieden.

The apartment was just how we imagined it.Heidleberg provided good and smooth service, can really recommend to the next guests!
The staff at Heidelberg helpful and professional throughout our stay in Rio. They are friendly and have genuine interest in their customers. More importantly for us they also speak English which made everything much easier for us. The apartment was as advertised. A few interruptions with wi fi access but otherwise everything was great.
The term "luxury" is really too generous for this apartment. The location is excellent, it's true, because the apartment is located in a green and quiet side road, about 5 min walk from Copacobana away.
The apartment is well renovated, the renovation is rather outdated, especially the walls need to be re-passed. The kitchen is, as pictured, very small and getting used to. Probably the biggest drawback to the apartment is the building itself - old, dirty, and thanks to the neighbors verstunken also.
The so-called ventilation shafts with cracked windows in the bathroom and in the kitchen provide for pets of any kind - especially for cockroaches, big and small. Well, the problem is well known for tropical countries and the agency may basically nothing for it. Just keep in mind - because cockroaches we had our apartment for 4 days change until the employees have all chased. But also a complete cleaning has only solved the problem temporarily, because then also what came. The good thing - for a day, we have also received compensation from Heidelberg.
So, overall for Brazil really good, there are only a few drawbacks, the smear the good impression. Because of the location I would recommend the apartment, everything else depends on the attitude / perception. The Agency gives Rio a total of 150 properties - should provide some points out in this apartment to be critical, you would have to opt for another apartment. In any case, this is better than to step into the relationship with local private landlords and cheaper than the hotel.
Die Bezeichnung "luxuriös" ist für diese Wohnung eigentlich zu großzügig. Die Lage ist hervorragend, das stimmt, denn die Wohnung ist in einer grünen und ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen, ca. 5 min zu Fuß von Copacobana entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist gut renoviert, die Renovierung ist jedoch ziemlich veraltet, besonders die Wände müssen neu verstrichen werden. Die Küche ist, wie abgebildet, sehr klein und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wohl das größte Manko bei der Wohnung ist das Gebäude an sich - alt, schmutzig und dank der Nachbarn auch verstunken.
Die sog. Lüftungsschachten mit eingerissenen Fenstern im Bad und in der Küche sorgen für Haustiere jeglicher Art - insbesondere für Kakerlaken, groß und klein. Gut, das Problem ist für tropische Länder allgemein bekannt und die Agentur kann im Grunde nichts dafür. Einfach nur im Hinterkopf behalten - wegen Kakerlacken mussten wir unser Appartment für 4 Tage wechseln, bis die Mitarbeiter alle verjagt haben. Aber auch eine komplette Reinigung hat das Problem nur zeitweilig behoben, denn danach kamen auch welche. Das gute daran - für einen Tag haben wir auch Kompensation von Heidelberg erhalten.
Also, insgesamt für Brasilien wirklich gut, es gibt bloß ein paar Mankos, die den guten Eindruck verschmieren. Wegen der Lage würde ich die Wohnung weiterempfehlen, alles Andere hängt von der Einstellung / Wahrnehmung ab. Die Agentur vermittelt Rio insgesamt um 150 Unterkünfte - sollten paar Punkte in dieser Wohnung sich als kritisch rausstellen, müsste man sich für eine andere Wohnung entscheiden. Auf jeden Fall ist das besser als mit lokalen Privatvermietern ins Verhältnis zu treten und billiger als im Hotel.
Very basic, but I guess its justified by the price; looked clean, wifi worked properly. Lukewarm water (not hot) but I didnt care. What I didnt appreciate was that I could hear everything happening in my neighbours kitchen and toilet - the window in my bathroom was somehow connected to theirs bathroom? Also a noisy dog wasnt fun early in the morning. Except that everything else was fine - nothing great (maybe except great location) and nothing terrible either.
