Historical apartment block, 5 storeys, renovated. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, located by a road. In the house: lift, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Public car park at 300 m, extra. Grocers 30 m, supermarket, restaurant, café, tram 50 m, underground station "Karlovo Náměstí (Karlsplatz)" 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Golf course 5 km. Nearby attractions: Tančící dům 100m, Karlův Most 1 km, Pražský Hrad 3 km, Staroměstské náměstí 2 km. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the apartment Trojanova. It is not very central, perhaps 20 minutes on foot you walk from the Prague center. But we enjoyed it to run through the city and to enjoy them. For 5 people, the apartment is a bit not spacious enough, but we have felt very comfortable. The apartment was clean, the price performance ratio is super, and everything worked as it should.
So In conclusion, I recommend the accommodation Trojanova very happy to, if I may speak for the young people.
Ich war sehr positiv überrascht vom Appartement Trojanova. Es liegt nicht ganz zentral, vielleicht 20 min zu Fuss ist man vom Pragerzentrum entfernt. Aber wir haben es genossen, durch die Stadt zu laufen und sie zu geniessen. Für 5 Personen ist das Appartement ein bisschen knapp bemessen, trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sauber, das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist super, und alles funktionierte so wie es sollte.
Als Fazit empfehle ich also die Unterkunft Trojanova sehr gerne weiter, wenn ich für die jungen Leute sprechen darf.

Very well installed in the renovated apartment, bright and very clean, within walking distance of all important sights of Prague ... on foot!
Perfect spring ... and probably much warmer in summer as in whole attic with only roof windows.
Our host, busy but efficient and very accommodating: early arrival and late departure with luggage storage.
We are delighted with our stay.
Très bien installés dans cet appartement rénové, lumineux et très propre, à courte distance de tous les sites importants de Prague...même à pied !
Parfait au printemps...et sans doute nettement plus chaud en été car mansardé en totalité avec uniquement des fenêtres de toit.
Notre hôte, bien occupé, mais efficace et très accommodant : arrivée matinale et départ plus tardif avec conservation des bagages.
Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
Hello, with extended family (5), this apartment ideally, separate toilet / shower on the top floor was very convenient. A very nice and helpful local contacts, the keys worked fine. Due to the optimal central, but quiet location, I would recommend this apartment any more.
Hallo, mit Großfamilie (5) war diese Wohnung optimal, seperate WC/Dusche in der oberen Etage war sehr praktisch. Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Schlüsselübergabe hat prima geklappt. Durch die optimale zentrale, aber trotzdem ruhige Lage würde ich dieses Appartment jeden weiter empfehlen.
- There're no curtains or shutters on the windows
- The sheets are minimal (and not optional)
- The house was quite dirty despite the payment for the cleaning
- The manager of the property accused me to stole one (1) pillowcase the day after we left. The pillowcase has been obviously found after a while, it was left behind during the collecting.
I've enjoyed my stay in Stintino for the sea, the nature, the landscape, but, for a short stay of 4 days, too many thing that didn't work out with the house.

Arrival procedure - what a nonsense. Having paid for the sheets you have to collect them in person from the office. We made it by the skin of our teeth before the office closed for the weekend. Because our flight was delayed we arrived in Chamonix later than expected and had the office been closed we would have had no sheets at all! They are bulky to carry and I have photos of my husband looking like Santa Clause with a big white sack over his shoulder. It's the height of nonsense to expect arrivals to lug luggage and carry this bulky bad around Chamonix. On departure we had to return the sheets to the office again in said bag!
End cleaning - the previous tenant had presumably paid therefore we expected a clean apartment. The hard surfaces were clean but the living room carpet was disgusting with stains and grime and dirty black marks (photographed). It needs either professionally deep cleaned or dumped. Personally I would replace it. My bed sheet had a dirty brown mark on it (photographed) and the "white" patio furniture was grey with grime. I don't think it had been cleaned in years. Before I would set as much as a mug on it I scrubbed it with the dish scrubber (which I then couldn't use on the dishes!). Again we have photographic evidence. The best feature of the apartment is the wonderful view of Mont Blanc from the balcony. I don't know who is employed to clean this apartment but they could do with a lesson or two. I will never use Interhome again and I recommend that you steer clear of it too. I've used Wimdu many times and always been satisfied but not on this occasion.
