House rules

A SECURITY DEPOSIT of USD400 will be required when checking-in.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: No illegal drug use will be permitted on the property.

TENANT CONDUCT: Quiet hours will be from 10 p.m. until 8 am Sunday evening through Friday morning. During quiet hours radios and stereos may be played at a level not to be heard outside of the apartment.

PROPERTY DAMAGE: Damage caused by the behavior of a Tenant, or a Tenant’s guest, will be repaired at the Tenant’s expense.

KEYS AND ACCESS TO APARTMENT: We will meet the guest at the apartment on check-in and hand over the keys. It is the Tenant’s responsibility to return them at check-out.

The apartment was very nice, bright and clean. Paola was very friendly and serviceminded. Nice neighbourhood, quiet street. The kitchen was well equipped. Good matrasses.

AMAZING 2BR BEACH FRONT AT COPACABANA 5

Unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme und Schlüsselübergabe Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und ruhig. Der Blick auf die Copacabana und den Zuckerhut war beeindruckend. Das Pulsieren der Stadt sprang vom Blick aus dem Fenster schon auf einen über. Gerne kommen wir wieder an diesen Ort zurück.

Appartement calme bien que le quartier soit animé car donne sur une petite cour. Du coup pas de vue mais la plage est pas loin. Nous a très bien convenu pour notre séjour.

Best location in Rio, Ipanema near to Leblon. Beach, restaurants, shops, juice bars etc all around the corner. The apartement is fully equiped, very quite despite located so central. And the best: Paola and her husband are very nice poeple that try to help the travellers individually. Already booked twice... My recomandation for up to three people.

We had a very great time in our appartement right across the Copacabana Beach. The appartment was just like the pictures on the website and clean and nice. Perfect location, perfect place to stay!!!

Charming One Bedroom Apartment in Ipanema 3

Globalement, le logement est plutôt agréable et tres bien situé et les photos ne sont pas trompeuses. Attention cependant : il s'agit d'un studio et non d'un T2 comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Le quartier et l'immeuble sont sûrs ; la rue est bruyante mais cela s'arrête la nuit. Quelques lacunes et problèmes rencontrés : - gros problème pour le Check in : impossible de joindre les propriétaires à notre arrivée donc nous avons poireauté devant l'immeuble de longues minutes avant de finalement pouvoir monter dans l'appartement grâce au gardien de l'immeuble et d'un habitant qui savait (comment??) qu'une personne attendait 2 Français pour une location... Cette personne ne parlait que Portugais ce qui n'a pas facilité notre accueil car "malheureusement" nous ne parlons que Français, Anglais et Espagnol. - Check out : nous avons dû appeler la propriétaire pour s'assurer que la personne qui venait pour le check out n'avait pas oublié (20 min de retard sur l'horaire fixé)... Apparemment cette personne nous attendait devant l'immeuble : très logique pour un check out... - équipement : la cuisine pourrait être un peu mieux équipée ; à date il manque au moins 1 saladier, 1 spatule en bois, voire un toaster, des sets de table ou une nappe.

Excelente apartamento ao que é proposto! Recomendadíssimo. Paola e Isak foram extremamente atenciosos.
