Hello Everyone!
My apartment has 2 Bedroom, 1 Living room, Quite big kitchen with dinner table and 1 Bathroom, (All mostly Ikea furnished)
I am renting my both room. If one of them is not occupied then I am filling in..:)
Heating system is both, natural gas and electric. It is a cozy flat to live in. It has a relaxing, secure atmosphere. Guests who have stayed here have said that the flat is bright and have a warm soul:)
It has 3 Balconies with a beautiful green valley and sea view. It is an astonishing view that you can not skip spending at least a few minutes in front of it!
The room has a double bed, a wardrobe and a little table. It is 9 sq m and has a beautiful sunshine whole day along. You will have access to the entire flat so you are not only renting a room but will be sharing a home!
First day Morning coffee or tea and first day Turkish breakfast is my treat! Fresh bread, fetta cheese, olive, tomato, jam, butter...

ABOUT THE DISTRICT
Uskudar is one of the oldest district of Istanbul! It has a lot of historical Mosques with Kulliyes (complex of buildings adjacent to a mosque). One of them is Mihrimah Sultan Camii which is under constraction yet will be ready soon. It is a district that has very active, fast seaway transportation to European side, 7 days, 15 hours a day. Uskudar has a little Carsi (market area), fish market, food market and also every Friday a big portable market ( a little bet of everything, food, clothes, fabric)takes a place.
There is also a flea market with all interesting pieces near by this area. From my area to go to KADIKOY which is another close by district (only 20min by minivan) with lots of activities and a beautiful unique food, fish market, restaurants, cafes, night live...etc
ABOUT MY LOCATION
The location suits the people who is studying, working in both side, either European or Asian side...
Very quiet , friendly area. Kuzguncuk is one of the oldest and original location in Istanbul.. It is a historical and green neighborhood. Population in the area is a mix of Greek, Armenian, Turkish, Jewish people. They all live with a great harmony and a years of friendship in the same neighborhood.
There is a jewish cemetery, synagogues, churcies and mosques living side by side. It is a great pleasure to have a walk in the valley of Kuzguncuk and have a drink at a little coffee shop. You will also find a very nice, protected wood near by, 10 minutes walk, with an amazing Bosphourus view when you want to have some rest in green!
1 min walk to any grocery or 5 min. walk to major super markets, restaurants etc.. We also have an amazing every Monday and Wednesday local food market very close by. It is easy to get every kind of fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs and also home made jam, nuts etc...for very reasonable prices. Besides a dairy farm to get fresh milk and make our own yoghurt...
Also there is a shopping mall only 20 min away by walk for cinema, with lots of different restaurants, cafes, shops if you like...Living in a metropolis, traffic and having a busy life style makes everyone tried. But coming back home, my place, my beautiful, peaceful area and home energize you back immediately...
Also a historical Hamam and Mosque near by called Cinili Hamam and Cinili Camii which famous with their Iznik Blue Tiles (Iznik Cinileri). You will have a change of getting relax and having a real authentic local Hamam experience for a very cheap price!

TRANSPORTATION
5 Min walk to Kuzguncuk from the valley.
5 min to any public transportation to Uskudar.
Uskudar is a location which has the fastest sea transportation to the European side that takes minimum.10, maximum. 40 minutes( with different options)
and also Max. 30 minute to Kadikoy ( another great neighborhood with a open market, cafes and restaurants )by any public transportation (Dolmus, Bus, taxi)
