The apartment and furniture are brand new. Cooking utensils are provided in the apartment. There is a large bed (140 x 200cm) and a sofa bed (160 x 200cm). The apartment is equipped with a bathroom and separate toilet, which is located inside the apartment. The bed is located on a mezzanine. This loft is not suitable for children. A cot can be provided upon request.
The apartment is located in the heart of Paris in the second district, 20 meters from the Rue Montorgueil. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Louvre, the Seine and Notre Dame. The first Metro station « SENTIER » or « LES HALLES » is a 3 minute walk away. The food market of Montorgueil is at the bottom of your street. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartment is located in a 17th century building. The apartment is new. Access to the building is secured by two doors, which require a code. The apartment overlooks a large courtyard, calm and clear. The apartment has a large window and is located on the ground floor, equipped with a shutter.
L'alloggio è molto ben situato in una zona centrale vicinissima alla metro e ad una zona pedonale piena di negozi alimentari dove fare la spesa e locali. L'appartamento ha tutto ciò che serve, cuscini, coperte, phon biancheria, microonde, cucina, tv, radiatori elettrici per il riscaldamento, anche se la pulizia del locale, in particolare del copri divano che avrebbe avuto bisogno di una lavata, non era molto accurata. Il locale era piuttosto buio visto che le serrande dell'unica finestra che dà sul cortile al piano terra non stavano aperte e non tutte le lampade erano funzionanti. Per il recupero delle chiavi occorre fare un bel tratto a piedi con i bagagli in un'altra strada a 10 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento, tramite diversi codici di sicurezza che vengono forniti qualche giorno prima della prenotazione tramite mail. Comunuque per la posizione ed il prezzo richiesto è una sistemazione ottima per chi non ha troppe pretese
Super Lage, schön im Zentrum! Viele kleine Cafés und Bäckereien mit leckeren Croissants keine 100 Meter von der Wohnung. Wohnung war sauber, ausser Dusche ist wirklich verschimmelt, aber nicht seeehr schlimm. Mit den Elektroheizungen war es auch in der Nacht angenehm warm, sonst doch eher kühl.
Wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und nur in der Wohnung schläft oder vielleicht auch mal etwas kocht, ist es sehr passend, ansonsten doch recht klein. Die steile Treppe hinauf und hinabsteigen ist schon etwas mühsam. Trotzdem: Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und zu diesem Preis ist die Wohnung wirklich zu empfehlen.

This apartment is completely different to what you see in the pictures and its an absolute disgrace. As there were two of us travelling, when I had booked this apartment, it stated that it had just been renovated. The pictures looked great and reviews were good HOWEVER...it is nothing like that.
We walked in (middle of winter so it was below 0 degrees and snowing) the apartment was freezing, we noticed there was only a tiny portable heater that worked. To get up the the bed, there is literally a small ladder which is unstable, the bed had only 1 blanket so we froze, the apartment had not been cleaned properly, cutlery was still dirty, couch had disgusting stains all over it, floor was not vacuumed and then the bathroom....oh dear! The shower head is not attached to the wall so you have to hold the old rusty hose as you have a shower which is actually in the bath tub. The tub was almost black with all the dirt and grime that had built up. Around the edges of the bath was all black which looked like grime or mould, the lights don't work in the bathroom so there is a lamp, the towel rack on the wall which is supposed to be used for heating the towels up and drying them had the wire cut so it didn't work which is extremely unsafe considering there is water everywhere, there are tiles missing from the bath/shower so the pipes leak whilst you have a shower which is dangerous for when you get out!
When I booked it also mentioned that there was free wifi, as I contacted the host via email as no phone numbers provided actually worked, a day later they replied with the incorrect details.
To top it all off, to get the keys to this apartment, you have to go to a separate location which is quite a hike from the actual apartment (which is not mentioned at the time of booking - only emailed 2 days prior to arrival) when you eventually figure out where this location is, you must enter a security code and walk down a dark, isolated alley and then enter another code to get up to this random, old building where the keys are kept in a small safe. I was very lucky I had my boyfriend as this was quite scary as we arrived just after 6pm and it was dark!
By the 2nd day we were fed up, we tried contacting the hosts about the Internet and about the heating and the state of the apartment but no one answers the phones.
We gave it one more night as we were exhausted from sightseeing, the next morning my boyfriend was in the shower and the power blew. That was the final straw, we tried calling again and of course that failed.
We packed everything using our lights off our iPhones, dropped off the keys and had to go search for a hotel!
As I have complained several times via email, it has been a week and we still have not received any time of compensation.
Absolute disgrace and really recommend everyone to stay away.
Uitstekende makkelijk bereikbare locatie! Je bent midden in het centrum zodra je de deur uit stapt.
Appartement is niet groot, maar er kan prima met vier volwassenen in geslapen worden.
Für 4 Personen relativ klein.
Für 2 Personen aber mehr als genug!
Das Bad war ziemlich dreckig und in schlechtem Zustand - die Dusche als solche konnte nur als Badewanne genutzt werden - aber nicht so schlimm - nach 3 Duschgängen hintereinander wurde das Wasser jedoch kalt.
Das Licht im Badezimmer war klein, so dass wir eine Lampe darein stellen müssten - wodurch es im Rest der Wohnung recht dunkel war!
Die Jalousie konnte sich nur von Aussen hochziehen lassen - also war immer Licht an!
Bei Nutzung von mehr als 2 Steckdosen viel regelmäßig der Strom aus.
Sehr zentral gelegen, nette Ecke mit Einkaufs und Restaurantstraße gleich um die Ecke.
Freundliche Bewohner der Hauses die auch gerne mit einem gesprochen haben und Hilfe angeboten haben.
Alles in Allem für den Preis dennoch in Ordnung - keine größeren Kompikationen!
Für kurzen Aufenthalt mit viel Sightseeing eine gute Wahl.
The accommodation that we have booked had alleged water damage, so I can not give this rating.
The landlord has given us one day prior to arrival offered a small apartment near the booked.
It was clean and with a bit dishes. Everything necessary for 2 people, but no more. However, if necessary, could still 2 more people can sleep on the sofa.
The surrounding area is full of shops, so perfect for shopping. Unfortunately, according louder courtyard.
2 times we have early morning wake loud beats in the next door, there's someone with the door-kod not purely came. The key of the laundry room (next door) could not be found.
Otherwise work the Kodsystem without difficulties.
This is the perfect spot! Very close to all the sights. Excellent restaurants and cafes just outside. Well set up. Fairly small but cosy and the beds were very comfy.
Easy to find and instructions to pick up the key are good and not too far from the apartment.
Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Studie ist zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Es ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, sauber, und alles hat gut funktionniert. Den Schlüssel zu finden ist gut erklärt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Die Schlüsselabholung verlief problemlos. Die Lage des Appartments ist sehr schön, da es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Lebensmittelläden etc.), Restaurants und Bars sowie drei Metro-Stationen in der Nähe gibt. Leider war das Appartment sehr schmutzig und hatte starke Abnutzungsspuren, zu dem gab es Schimmel im Bad. Außerdem ist es sehr dunkel, da es nur eine Terrassentür und keine Fenster gibt.
