* It is very important to inform the approximate time of arrival, the keys are delivered in the same apartment and once you arrive to Granada call the owner by telephone, who will take around 5 minutes to arrive.

* The apartment is located in a building where other people live permanently, it is forbidden to perform any parties or gatherings that may disturb the comfortable rest of the neighbors. If customers do not behave responsibly, the owner reserves the right to evict the client who forfeit any right of return or compensation. and if necessary, be called the authorities.

* No pets allowed.
