Very large for a parisian flat, you should feel confortable in the place. The flat is very clear with an open outlook. It dominates a courtyard which makes it very quiet: really important in a lively area!
I don't leave permanently there anymore (I used to!) but still I often come to the flat : I arranged the place to welcome people as good as possible.
The place is very clean, a cleaning lady works there after each stay.
Transportation: less than 150m from the subway station "Belleville" (2 subway lines),
5 minutes to the centre Beaubourg-Pompidou (direct)
7 minutes to the hyper center Châtelet-les-Halles (direct)
18 minutes to Le Louvre
The area:
Belleville is a very alternative and multi-cultural place. A lot of artists come and stay there (there are 4 art galleries in the street) and the area stays alive the whole day. You'll stay there like a local!
You’ll find around everything you need for your stay: restaurants (French and Chinese), supermarkets, delicious bakery, butchers, friendly cafés, brand new swimming pool… within a 100 meters radius. Most of those places are opened on Sundays.
